I was pulling my clothes out of my closet, and my dresser, with Brit helping me, and Nathan and Jay were getting the sheets and stuff of my bed, Alex, Jade, and her mom were helping Madi in her room, and Dylan had family issues and needed to leave straight from the hospital. Brit and I finished my clothes and began going through my stuff. "I don't like how quiet it is.." Brit stated, breaking the silence. "Neither do I.." I said quietly. I turned to the TV, and my phone fell out of my pocket, smashing on to the bed frame, leaving a giant crack all along the screen. I sighed and picked in up and put it back in my pocket, Brit turned on the TV and everyone continued working.

Jay's P.O.V

I noticed how Dani's long brown hair was pulled back in a messy bun, and her beautiful face was tear stained. This must be really hard for her. "I've got to get a drink of water." Brit announced. "I have to pee." Nathan followed. They both walked out of the room and I looked at her. She smiled slightly. She sat down on the bed without saying anything and I sat down next to her. She let out a long sigh before talking. "What am I going to do?" She said, looking at me for an answer. I shook my head and pulled her into a hug.

Dani's P.O.V

I didn't want to let go, I loved Jay's hugs. I've been friends with him the longest. He's kind of like that cute best friend you grow up with and end up dating, except that last part. He finally pulled away at the same time I did. We stared into each others eyes for a few seconds, until I turned away and stood up. I heard my bed move, and footsteps. I turned around and he was back at the other end of the room, doing what he was doing before Brit and Nathan left. I continued doing my thing until Brit came back in the room, and soon after, Nathan.

*3 hours later*

"We're finished," Jade's mom said as her, Madi, Alex, and Jade crowded into the room. "So are we." I answered.

After we got everything in the car, we were riding down the street, the same exact was we were after we left the hospital. We pulled up at the courthouse. "I've got to run a few errands, call me if any of you kids need a ride." Jade's mom said as she led us into the courthouse, she signed us in, and left us in the waiting room. She was going to come back with Madi, and I's things later. A man came into the room and told Madi and I to follow him, and Our friends can come watch if they would like. We followed him into a room, Where I sat in a chair. (I'm not sure what actually happens so 😂) The chair was at a small table. Across the table from me was 2 chairs, and the end of the small table, the man sat down at. My friends sat in the chairs farther away against the wall, and Madi sat next to me. "They should be here shortly, they're flight only landed two hours ago in BWI airport. A man walked in the room. "They've just pulled up." The man at the table nodded and continued going through papers. I was exited to meet them, but also mad at them, and nervous. The man looked up. "Oh, I'm terribly sorry, I'm Mr. Delgrey." He said smiling. I shook his hand. The door opened. I turned around and my jaw practically dropped to the floor, as I felt a tear roll down my cheek.

A/n- Sorry it's short, but that means I'll have time to write a longer one today. Maybe, or maybe when I get home from school tomorrow idk, anyways ily guys <3
