The four of us were now present in the office of Madame Eloisa. Wala pa siya rito at hinihintay pa namin siya. Hindi nga namin maintindihan kung ano ang ginawa niya para makilala ang 5th Sense. Kung kaya naman niyang tawagin ang 5th Sense, bakit pa niya ipinahanap sa amin?

The doors flew open and Madame Eloisa strolled right across the room. She sat at her chair and lifted her hands on the table. She was silent for a few seconds and Seine couldn't resist breaking the silence.

"Madame Eloisa, can you please now explain the situation?" she asked.

"Of course."

Madame Eloisa stood up and gave us a card with a phone number. Napataas naman ang kilay ko sa ginawa niya. Ano naman ito?

"That's the number of the 5th Sense."

HUH?!

"Pero kung nasa sa inyo ang number ng 5th Sense, ibig sabihin kilala niyo kung sino siya?" tanong ko.

"Yes and no." Seeing our confused faces, Madame Eloisa continued with her explanation. "I know their number but I don't know them or their faces. I forgot."

"Huh? Lola, are you that matanda na ba that you make limot to such an important information?" Serene asked.

Sinamaan siya ng tingin ni Madame Eloisa kaya kumuha nalang si Serene ng pagkain habang tinatawanan siya ni Zero sa tabi.

"I didn't intentionally forgot about them. I was forced to," Madame Eloisa clarified.

Forced? Anong ibig niyang sabihin?

Doon ko na napagtanto ang lahat. Kung bakit walang may nakakaalala sa kanila at bakit ang hirap nilang hanapin. If all the Senses represent something, is it possible that...

"Memories..." bulong ko.

Tumango naman sa akin si Madame Eloisa. "Tama. The 5th Sense reigns over memories and history."

Only Serene was flabbergasted. Seine had the look that she expected it. Zero just munched over food. Looks like they also expected it.

"The reason why I wanted you to find them was because I didn't want you to meet someone I don't know but, alas, we're faced with no choice."

Okay, I get it. Kahit na nagpaliwanag na si Madame Eloisa, may nanatili pa rin akong tanong para sa kanya. Paano niya nakuha ang number ng 5th Sense?

Narinig siguro ni Seine ang iniisip ko kaya iyan din ang tinanong niya kay Madame Eloisa.

"I got it from a friend..." was Madame Eloisa's only reply.

"The 5th Sense exists to erase the memories of people who know about us. Katulad ng nangyari noon kay Serene."

Napahawak naman si Serene sa labi niya nang marinig niya ang mga kataga ng lola niya. "The 5th Sense was the one who erased Chaos's memories?"

Ah, I see. May nangyari palang ganyan noon kay Serene. However, this does not change the fact that Madame Eloisa had a way to contact the 5th Sense. Parang kilala ko na kung sino ang tumulong sa kanya.

My uncle really is something. Buong akala ko na may gagawin siya para makipagkita kami sa 5th Sense tulad ng ginawa niya sa 3rd at 4th. Hindi ko inasahan na gagamitin niya si Madame Eloisa para hindi na siya mismo gumalaw.
