While snacking at a cafe, Dazai and Chuuya are conversing. As you reclined on the chair, the cafe was thankfully vacant. You've never felt lonely or excluded. You didn't mind, but all you could think about were the files and paperwork you were supposed to be working on. Fortunately, you had folders on your phone, so you went to finish the forms while the two men across from you were arguing.
It was quite easy and short so you were fine and completed it early. Your body remained still as you stared at your phone. You wished you had companions your age, and you hoped you could go out and have fun whenever you wanted. You wish they would send you texts with strange messages that make no sense but make you laugh nonetheless. You find sighing to be too prevalent, but what else can you do? You raised your head from your phone and slid it back into your pockets. Both boys appeared to have finished their refreshments. Chuuya ordered something tiny and lessexpensive, despite your insistence that he chose whatever he wanted. As a result, the male's final order consisted just of lemon tea. Dazai, on the other hand, was looking for a cup of chocolate coffee. You might recall that the male tossed the drink away the last time since he didn't like it. Is that what he wants now? You assume you won't be able to stop him. After all, the whip cream would undoubtedly mask the coffee's intense bitterness.
You stood up as you went to pay, the cashier noticed you and smiled. She gave you the price as you handed her notes. As she went to give you the change, you shook your head and push the money back.
"But sir, your change?"
"It's for the tip."
The women was dumbfounded.
"The "tip" you gave me is $20"
You nodded as you stepped out the front door of the cafe with Chuuya and Dazai. Both boys were holding discussions that you couldn't understand, but you were delighted they worked well together. If they work together on missions, it will be simpler for them to be partners. They appear to share similar interests. Dazai turned around to greet you with a wave.
"Senpai! Thank you for covering our expenses."
As you answered, you nodded.
"It's no issue at all; do you have any other places you'd want to visit?"
Both boys simply stood motionless and shrugged. Their drab eyes returned your stare. You were unconcerned, but something seemed to have hit both of them. Dazai's eyes widened slightly as Chuuya appeared to be attempting to communicate with you, but his mouth remained shut. Something behind you seemed to be bothering them, and despite the fact that you sensed no presence behind you, you turned around.
