Delilah's POV

No... This can't be happening again. She was the one who controlled the zombies that attacked Colleen and the others. That little brat is gonna get what's coming to her! I raised my MP5 and I went ballistic. I shot every single zombie that came at me. "Little children are bad at playing games. No wonder teens don't play with them. Isn't that right Samantha?", I taunted Samantha. I could see her now, stomping her little foot, whining "No fair!". The thought brought a smile to my face. She wants to play, I'll play. She isn't going to win, I cheat. I ran over to Evan, fearing the worse. That maggot took a huge bite from Evan's neck. Blood all around his head area, puss starting to form, not to mention any bacteria starting to get on the open wound. Evan, however, was still alive. I grabbed my black backpack and I took out a bottle of alcohol, a roll of gauze, a needle, and some thread. "Evan!?", I said loudly, shaking him to wake up. Evan opened his eyes, looking at me. "Y-yes?", he said, weakly. "I'm gonna fix you up, but it's gonna hurt as hell, ok?!", I said. He simply nodded. I opened the bottle of alcohol and I held it over his neck. Evan's eyes widened, realizing this was going to sting badly. "Ready?", I said. I saw Evan clench his fists, close his eyes, and nodded. I poured the clear liquid over the wound, Evan giving out a painful scream, in the process. Now comes the fun part.

Evan's POV

It hurt as hell! The alcohol burning my open wound like fire. I clenched my eyes tighter, until I heard Delilah speak again. "Ok. Ready for the stitches?", she asked, holding a needle, with a thread attached to it. I wonder how it feels like to be sewn up? Me and......my father did it all the time with some of the subjects. I nodded at Delilah. Maybe it won't be so bad.

~10 minutes later...~

Evan's POV

Nope! I was wrong! It hurt even worse than the alcohol. I kept telling myself that the needle being used wasn't different from the needle of a vaccine shot. It was much worse! After ten minutes of agonizing pain, the wound was finally closed. Delilah dragged me up in a sitting position. She took the white gauze and wrapped it around my neck. While, she did this, I watched her. She was very pretty for an american. No Evan! She's an american. Not to mention that she hates you and your father. I wouldn't blame Delilah, on hating my father. I hate him now too! I didn't realize Delilah was already done covering my neck with gauze and she was looking at me. "Um, Evan?", she said, confused. I finally snapped out of my thoughts and I looked at her. "Sorry, I was thinking. So how's my wound?", I said, changing the subject. Delilah looked at me for a second, until she spoke. "Well the bad news is your infected. However, I can't kill you. Well, not yet." "Why can't you kill me now? I could turn into them and probably kill you.", I said, sadly. "Nah, I would put a bullet between those green eyes of yours, before you can even touch me. Besides, you said that you had a feeling where my father and your father is, so, I need you alive, for a little longer.", Delilah smirked. I simply nodded, not trying to lose my temper. "Ok fine. If I turn into those monsters, then we'll find out who can do what first.", I snapped. Delilah scoffed. "Well, your welcome, for closing that wound. I was gonna say thank you for the coat that you gave me, but you don't deserve my thank you.", she growled. She started walking off, but I called out to her. "I don't care. I don't want an american's thank you, anyway!". She threw my coat on the ground, still walking off. "There's your coat, Nazi bastard!", she yelled, leaving my view. I sighed, completely enraged by Delilah. I take my compliment back. I thought this, as I walked over to pick my coat off the dirty ground. This was going to be a long journey.
