Eden had decided she had had enough.

She was tired of being depressed and lonely, she knew that it was not what Billy had wanted.

Billy.

The girl had decided that instead of pushing the thoughts of her deceased best friend away she would deal with them.

She wanted to live for him.

Eden doubted the pain in her heart would ever go away, so she realised she had no choice but to move on with it.

She would live in the memory of Billy, she would for the rest of her life.

Billy Hargrove changed her life, she would never be able to change that.

So she had no choice but to live on in his memory.

After getting to this revelation last night at the park, Eden had walked home after calming down and sat down for dinner with her parents for the first time in months.

And she woke up the morning after feeling better than she had in a long time.

Pulling herself out of bed at about 5 in the morning, the girl sat as she tried to listen for any movement from her parents.

After hearing none she slipped out of the covers and walked over to her windows.

Pulling the curtains away a small smile graces her lips as the soft morning light floods her room.

The feeling in her chest was unfamiliar to her.

It scared her if she was being honest.

She could still feel the familiar ache in her heart.

And there was a slight feeling of guilt tugging at the girl's thoughts.

But she felt better.

Even the air felt different.

She couldn't explain it.

Sliding up her window, Eden allows the comforting breeze to swirl into her room.

Her eyes glance down to the Hargrove house, focusing slightly on the small window with the box underneath it.

Billy had put the box there as Eden was too short to pull herself through his window.

Which was something he never let her forget.

He thought it was the funniest thing ever.

Smiling slightly at the memory, Eden makes her way over to her chest of draws and pulls out her outfit for the day.

As it was November it was beginning to get colder, so she decided on a pair of black loose-fitting ripped jeans and a black halter top.

Hopping around her room as she tried to put on her socks whilst standing up, her eyes landed on the blue denim jacket hanging off the back of her door.

It was one Billy had gotten for her birthday and he had even coordinated with her other friends (through Max) so they would get her some patches to go with it.

She hadn't worn it in months.

What once was her favourite item of clothing hung lifeless and untouched on the back of her door with her other jackets.

Quickly making the decision as to not give herself the chance to double-think it, she steps forward and pulls it off the hook, throwing it onto her bed next to her school bag.

She finished getting ready; brushing through her hair and even putting on a bit of makeup as well as pulling on some wristbands.

Eden packed her bag before leaving it by her door, deciding she would go downstairs and grab something to eat seeing as she had time before school.
