Y/N's POV:

I couldn't sleep last night, because I was thinking if I would be able to work with her. I can't stand rude, selfish people who can't even help somebody without showing their bitchy behaviour. So how am I supposed to spend the next several weeks with her?

When I finally fell asleep, my alarm clock wakes me up at 6 a.m and I feel as I didn't sleep at all. However, I force myself and immediately get up from my bed. I have to look absolutely perfect. I want to make a good first impression.

I prepare myself a big cup of coffee and for the last time I check out all my notes about the book. I don't want to make any mistake in front of Lana.

I decide to wear long black skirt, white top, black jacket and high heels. I make messy ponytail and put my favourite glasses on.

"You really look like a writer" Rachel says in sleepy voice when I'm about to leave.

"Yeeah, shut up" I roll my eyes and laugh.

"Just kidding, you look beautiful." She answers.

I kiss her cheek for goodbye.

"Good luck!" She screams.

I arrived and open office door.

"Ms. Y/N, right?" A young woman welcomes me.

"Yes" I smile.

How funny five days ago everyone was ignoring me and now they greet like some kind of queen.

"I'm Michelle. Your new assistant"

"Oh, I didn't know that I would get an assistant" I answer.

"Each writer here, gets an assistant. Let's see your office, Ms. Y/N."

"Oh, no no. Y/N is enough. I'm only 24" I laugh.

" Alright. So, Y/N follow me" She smiles.

"Here" She points on the room.
"Make yourself comfortable and see you at room 16 in 20 minutes okay?" and adds.

"Sure" I answer.

I walk into my office and gasp when I spot how fancy this room is. Everything is so clean, the furniture are white and one wall is made from glass so I have beautiful view on city.

I took my notes and go to meeting. When I close the door I laugh to myself. My office is exactly opposite someone's room.... Lana Winters' office. It's getting more and more interesting.

"Good morning, everyone" I walk into room and smile.

"Welcome, Y/N" Mrs. Miller answers.
"Are you excited?" and adds.

"A little" I chuckle.

"So where is my coworker? It's 9 a.m already" I ask.

"She should be here soon" Her assistant answers me.

And we waited 15 minutes... nothing... 30 minutes still nothing. Finally one hour later her assistant comes.

"I'm sorry, but Ms. Winters can't come today." She says.

"Can I at least ask why?" I answer in angry tone.

"I don't know, but she wants to reschedule this appointment on tomorrow."

Fucking great. I barely slept and wasted my time only to finding out that dear Ms. Winters couldn't come today.

Lana's POV:

Of course I could come on this meeting. I called my assistant while I was drinking a cockatil, smoking cigarette and relaxing in my beautiful garden with swimming pool.
It was a little response to the company for putting me on this project with a kid.
Let's see how patient our bunny is.
