Brooke's P.O.V

-"What the actual fuck-" Dean said, running up to Thomas. But as he saw Dean get closer, he quickly ran away, like a little rat entering the sewers. I looked at Dean, who was just as confused as I was.

-"Dean, what is happening?" I asked but I knew he couldn't know the answer. "I'm scared" I admitted, my cheeks flushing of embarrasment.

-"Hey, heyy, don't worry Liv, everythings gonna be fine. When I catch that dick I'm gonna pull him by the hair until he's bold and sold" He held me closer and gave me a tight hug. I just laughed at that attempt to make me comfort, which it did. I pulled back and looked at him again.

-"I just- god he seemed so familiar when I talked to him earlier"

-"You talked to him?" He questioned, getting closer to me, concern written all over his face.

-"I mean, I wanted to be friendly"

-"Next time, don't let your kindness lead in the way to weirdo's" He said, both of his hands on my shoulders, concern in his face. I giggled and let go of his arms, smiling at him.

-"Hey, let's just get going" I said, guiding him to the volleyball campus. The volleyball match didn't finish yet. We had to compete against Dean's team. "I'm gonna kick your ass of the track" He let out a soft chuckle and went to the other side of the net.

I eyed at him a lot before the whistle blowed, making me throw the ball into the air, and hitting it. My teammates passed the ball to eachother 3 times before the passed it on over the net. It was directed to Dean, but Lucas quickly got it faster than him.

Dean rolled his eyes and looked at him disgusted, to which I laughed. He looked at me and winked, I blowed a small kiss in his direction. He 'catched' the kiss and put it in his cheek, making me blush.

The whistle blowed again, hardwoods scored. I clapped all of my teammates hands and waited for the next round to start.

Then again, the air horn blew, making us all get in positions.

The ball flew in the air as a hardwood began this round. The ball was headed in my direction so I quickly got my two hands in the air, waiting for the ball to land on my hands. I hit the ball, passing it to another one of my teammates.

I saw Dean was smirking at me, at the back of his area. He was about to hit the ball, when I saw he looked up and winked, hitting the ball, I blushed. I took it by surprise and hit the ball, causing Dean to hit it back.

A teammate hit the ball again, causing it to go really high, but still on their pitch. Then, a hardwood very short girl managed to get the ball and throw it to our side. I quickly hit it with one hand and then it landed on their floor, making us gain a point.

-"Good one" Dean said, getting closer to the net and shaking my hand. He was putting a strange but funny face and I couldn't help but laugh at his expression.

-"Told ya I'd kick your ass" I smirked back.

The airn horn blew and now it was the end of our volleyball matches. Now all we had to do was sit down and wait for the overall score. I mean, I hope Wisteria won, because if we didn't win, then all that hardwork for nothing.

Yeah sure, such hard work.

Yeah, hardwork. Now shut up subconcious.

-"OKAY, WE WILL NOW ANNOUNCE THE WINNER OF THIS ACTIVITY!" Federico shouted through his megaphone. We were all silent, waiting unpatiently for the winner.

I could notice some people moving their knees nervously up and down. Some were just biting their nails. And some are just bored.

-"CONIFERS!" He announced, making all of us stand up and clap. All the boys in the conifer group were brutally celebrating, jumping onto eachother. I mean, winning a house competition helps you for the last activity of all. As Federico said the day of the ceremony. We will be competing in different activities and on how activities you win, more equiment and help you will have for the last competition of the summer. But there was a long way for that, there's still like, what? One more month and a half? God, this summer is getting endless. Everyday just goes so slow...
