"KHAZIER, STOP it now." Jayda demanded as she attempted to unwrap his hands from her waist. "Papa stop it please."

"No, Mami stay here, please." He begged as he held her in place on his lap.

"Dooda stop it. I'm not playing you're making me late for work." Jayda spoke as she turned around in his lap. She knew he was kind of sensitive when it came to her but he was really annoying her right now. "Khazier let me go!"

"No Jayda, stop." He whined as he held onto her, laying his head on her chest.

"Khazier, you're irritating the fuck out of me." Jayda spoke making him slowly lift his head from her chest. "Let me go Khazier, I have to go to work!"

Khazier just nodded his head unwrapping his arms from around her waist. He turned his head away from her as he felt around her bed for his phone. Out of his peripheral he watched as she stood in the mirror wiping her face. Once he found his phone, he walked out of Jayda's room without saying anything to her.

"I think I hurt his feelings." Jayda spoke to herself quietly as she watched him walk into his room before closing the door. She furrowed her eyebrows together in confusion, he hadn't slept in there since the first time they kissed, almost three weeks ago.

She grabbed her purse and her ID card before walking out of her room, going towards Khazier's. She knocked on the door, before walking in after not getting a response. She watched as he scrolled on his phone, with beats playing as he pretty much ignored her presence.

"Khazier." She called out. No response. "Dooda?"

"Wassam?" The thick southern accent dryly called back as he scrolled on Zillow looking for apartments.

"Dooda I didn't mean it like that-" She cut herself off as she walked over to him, looking down at his phone. She furrowed her eyebrows together as she looked down at the Zillow site that Khazier was on. "Why are you looking for an apartment?"

"To live." He spoke dryly as he narrowed his eyes at the screen.

"Khazier don't be a smart ass." Jayda spoke sternly making him shrug. "Why are you being like that?"

"I'm chillin'." He nonchalantly responded as he continued to scroll through the apartments. "Ain' you gon' be late fa' work?"

"Khazier I d-"

"You straight." He nodded. "I'a see you later though."

And with that he stood up from the bed, walking out of the room leaving her there with her mouth hanging. To her, she was just saying some words because she was irritated at the moment, she didn't know that she had hurt his feelings so bad that he didn't want to stay with her anymore.
