Chapter 19

I gasped very loud the moment I opened my eyes. My head aches so much, I don't remember what happened after that but it feels like I fell from a very deep dark hole, the same thing that happened when I got to Neverland. When my visions are clear, I noticed that I am really back to my world.

I wiped my tears away.

"My book.. It's with Wonwoo.." I talked to myself.

I shook my head, stood up and rushed out of the forest only to see Soonyoung on his way to our house. Seeing Soonyoung from afar, my tears started to fall down my cheeks.

"Soonyoung!" I called and ran to him. Soonyoung turned around and was greeted by my hug.

"Y-Youngbyul? What's wrong?" Soonyoung asked while hesitantly hugging me back.

"I'm so sorry, very very sorry. I missed you so much, my brother." Tears fell down my cheeks again as I hug him more tighter.

"I'm so sorry for treating you so badly before. I realized my mistakes, I realized my wrongdoings. I was such an asshole to you. I hurt your feelings every single day. I ignored you everyday. I raised my voice to you everyday-"

"Hey, hey.. Talk slowly.. What happened, Youngbyul? Why are you crying?" His voice sounded so soft as he wiped my tears away.

"I learnt that family isn't all about having the same DNA, family isn't all about having the same family name. We both are different, but that's what makes us complete, as a family." I mellowly uttered, Soonyoung stand still, speechless and somewhat surprised with my statement.

"You're my brother now, Soonyoung. You will take care of me, right?" I asked between my sobs.

"W-why are you asking me that? You don't even need to ask. I will always take care of you and protect you. You're my little sister." He ruffled my hair. His smile.. I missed him so much.

"But I'm not little." I muttered.

"You are in my eyes."

"Hmm.. I missed you so much." I pulled him into a hug once again. I heard Soonyoung let out a soft chuckle.

"Why? We met few seconds ago when I called you for lunch." Soonyoung furrowed his eyebrows as he stared at me in bafflement.

Huh?

But I'm at Neverland for almost a month.. Does that mean.. The time in both my world and Neverland are far different? I was sure that I spent literally almost a month in Neverland and here Soonyoung said that we just met few seconds ago.

That's so perplexing.

"Oh, by the way Soonyoung, you wouldn't believe me! I have a story to tell you!" I exclaimed as I keep jumping up and down while holding Soonyoung's hand.

"What is it, Youngbyul?" He giggled.

"You really won't believe me and you really will think that I'm insane! But it's real! I went to Neverland!" I gushed exuberantly. Soonyoung's body went frozen for a while as he stared at me with slightly opened mouth, wearing the blank face expression.

"N-Neverland?" He stared straight into my eyes.

"Yes.. Neverland exists, Soonyoung! And oh! There's a group of lost boys, 13 boys in total. One of them named Hoshi and he really does resembles you a lot! I even mistaken him as you!" I was so excited to tell everything to Soonyoung. But upon seeing Soonyoung's reaction, it saddened me.

"Soonyoung.. Is my story boring?" I asked.

"No.. I just.."

"You don't believe me, right? Why would you anyway? It's okay, you don't have to believe me." I walked away but stopped when Soonyoung grabbed my wrist, pulling me closer to him.
