ex; Adoption Papers, Foster Placement, Familial bonding
Wilbur's eyes filled with tears as he looked up at Phil in shock.
"You want to adopt me?" He asked, voice thick with tears as he stared at the papers in shock. Tommy, sweet 6 year old Tommy, had handed him the papers when Phil let go of him. Clearly it was something Tommy really wanted to do, as he was bouncing in his spot with stars in his eyes.
Techno was sitting beside him, a book was placed in his lap as he looked at him from the corner of his eye, and Wilbur could practically feel the hope seeping off of him in waves.
"Only if you are comfortable with it, of course. We don't want to force you if you don't want this." The smile on his face told Wilbur that they knew he would sign it based on his reaction. But this was also a really huge deal, and Wilbur fucking loved Tommy and Techno.
"May I have a pen?" Wilbur asked, sniffling slightly and allowing the 6 year old to climb up on the couch beside him and lean against him. Phil handed him a pen that he just so happened to have on him, and Wilbur grabbed it. He signed his consent and pushed it back to Phil as he moved his arm and held Tommy against him. Techno moved and pulled Wilbur and Tommy to him as he laughed happily.
"Welcome, legally, to the family Wilbur Soot Minecraft." Phil smiled, and Wilbur laughed happily as he held Tommy close.
"Wilbah is my brother now! No one can take him away now!" Tommy smiled happily as Wilbur picked him up and cuddled him close, leaning back against Techno as Phil laughed good naturally.
"I'll go and get this official, don't burn the house down." Phil chuckled, standing and getting ready to head out as Wilbur, Tommy and Techno easily fell into a gaming mode as soon as Phil left the house.
"Mario party?" Wilbur asked, he got two affirmatives and Techno got up easily and set some of teh things up as Tommy rushed to the kitchen to get snacks and drinks as Wilbur rushed upstairs to grab the blankets and pillows. Tonight would be a night they will always remember.
