Dean - When he finds out you were killed, he is determined to kill the thing that killed you. He starts to blame himself for your death, thinking he could've stopped it from even happening. He thinks he was not strong enough to protect you from harm's way and sees himself as a weak coward. He drinks more beer and alcohol more then he really should be. He loses his temper at everyone and everything around him, he softly cries himself to sleep every night, and cries only when he knows he's alone, it's the only place no one can truly see him shed tears. He turns his back on his family, He finally tells Sam he's going to sell his soul for you to be alive again and Sam doesn't want him to. He eventually tries to bring you back, by selling his soul in the end, with Sams desperate failed attempts to stop him.
He was the one to bury you, he couldn't get the strength to burn you the hunter way when Sam and Bobby suggested it, so he decided to bury you instead.
Sam - When he finds out you were killed, He loses a lot of sleep, so much he got very sick from it, he starts drinking more demon blood again and started thinking about letting himself become Lucifers vessel, he had nightmares about you being killed in front of him and good dreams of him just being with you happy, because of how much he missed you, but the good dreams would make him cry when he woke up to realize they weren't real. He will also try to sell his soul for you to be alive, but he will go behind deans back and do it, even with Dean's obvious amount of disapproval. Sam didn't want to worry him and make him more disappointed in him and his choice, he just wants you to be with him again, alive and save, even if it means he will have to go in the end.
Sam also buried you, not being able to burn your body.
Castiel - When he finds out you were killed, he thinks he didn't do enough to save you from it, or that he should've done more. He thinks that it should've been him. He thinks about him having nothing to live for a lot, or the fact that if he was going to get killed, he would let it happen just to be with you again, he was open to dying because he missed you, and he loved you. He was banned from heaven, and he couldn't bring you home. He didn't understand what he was feeling, but after you died all he wanted was you to be the one alive again. He will make a deal with any demon or creature just to get you back to him again, He was banned so he won't be able to ever see you again through heaven, unless he found different way.
