Dean: "Put....a finger on her....and I'll slit your throat."
Though Dean is a light sleeper, he tends to have nightmares too just like everyone else. But when he had woken you up with this, it did make you quite nervous, that was until you noticed he was mumbling about you. Dean has had worries about you being in danger or someone trying to hurt you. He would have these dreams quite often, though you didn't wish these nightmares upon Dean, you thought it was sweet that he worries and cares about you. You wake him up by hugging his torso and saying his name, he wakes up startled of course, but relaxes when he sees you, and he holds you softly.
Sam: "Let-Let her go....don't touch her."
You know Sam has had a tough time dealing with past relationships and death, he is scared that you will suffer the same fate if you stay with him. So when he had woken you up from your sleep by the nightmares he had, you had felt pity for him. You were sad that he was always having nightmares like this, you knew he was worried about the consequences you would have because of your relationship together. You wake him up by grabbing his face and saying his name, he wakes up scared, but he calms down when he sees its you and he holds you gently.
Castiel: "Y/n...please don't leave me..."
(He was turned human temporarily)
Castiel was temporarily turned into a human and he was having a nightmare.
Though castiel is an angel from heaven and didn't know what he was feeling most of the time when he was an angel, He felt as if you deserved someone better, he didn't want you to leave him and felt like he was too inexperienced and you would want someone who wasn't. He felt like you would be happier with someone more humane. He woke you up by his words and you were a bit shocked by this, castiel has never told you his worries. You wake him up by shaking him slightly while saying his name, he wakes up with a surprised look and He holds you tightly.
