Dean: Dean would be taken aback by hearing you say this but would never show it. He didn't want to believe you but at the same time he did, because he hates himself too. As he gives you a glaring look that says he's unbothered or just doesn't care about what you said, inside, his heart is shattered to a million pieces. He would become more distant towards you unless you were the one to talk to him first, but it's not because he wants to be, he just wouldn't want to make you hate him more. At night he wouldn't be able to fall asleep, replaying your words in his head over and over again. He would think about what you said every day and night, causing him to have sudden outbursts on everything and everyone, when in reality all he wants is for you to take your words back.
Sam: Sam would be surprised by your hurtful words and try to be understanding on how you feel yet he would struggle to hold back his tears, he would go through every reason as to why you hate him in his head, in the end, he would find his own reasons to hate himself too. He would nod and bite his tongue, not wanting to make things worse. He would become more distant with you in fear of making things even worse than they already are. He would become reckless to try and grab your attention. Sam would never stop thinking about you, thinking about what you said to him every second that goes by, instead of lashing out on others he would lash out at himself, wondering what he could've done differently for you to take your words back.
Castiel: Castiel would be confused yet surprised, he wouldn't understand what you mean at first, but after learning, he would only want to hide away in a hole forever and never come back out. He would become speechless, not knowing what to say back as he felt an unknown and unfamiliar aching pain in his chest. He would become distant towards you in fear that he would make things with you worse, only showing himself when you call his name. He would start to become careless of his own mind and body. He may become distant, but he will always be there for you when you need his help, he hopes that if he were of use to you it would change how you feel about him, and make you take back your words.
