Dean: You had gotten multiple ribs broken along side with your leg and were beaten up by demons. Although Dean and Sam had taken care of the dicks, Dean was still dead set on protecting you. He was so angry when you guys finally got back at the motel, angry at the demons and angry at you for going out on your own. He was mostly quiet on the way home.
He told you the night before it was dangerous to go out on your own when you suggested you do it, he was mad that you did it anyway, but he could never be mad at you forever. The next day after your beating he would take care of you and would clean and wipe every cut and blood stain you had.
He would give you little kisses every now and then, but would also make Sam watch you when he would go out on a run.
Sam: You had twisted your ankle very badly and gotten knocked out, you had fallen in a large hole on a hunt and Sam was the one who found you, was shaken up by finding you passed out cold and would find his way down, getting you out saving you and taking you to the bunker/motel. He would carry you all around the bunker/motel even if you didn't want him too. He would give you a bunch of kisses and would laugh about you twisting your ankle and not watching where your going, then he would apologize once you start throwing pillows at him.
Castiel: You had gotten kidnapped and beaten by angels for info on the Winchesters and Castiel, Castiel coming to your rescue couldn't exactly heal you without his powers, so he stayed with you during your healing journey. He brought you things, learned more about humans, and gave you lots of love and kisses, not to mention killing everyone one of the angels who did it to you with an angel blade.
