Chapter 11***

Chapter 11:

Felix's P.O.V

As I finished saying the spell, it felt like we were pulled backwards as the people in front of us got smaller and smaller, until it looked like we were somewhere else. It seemed like everything had turned black and white, but there were circles of blue everywhere. But as soon as it was there, it was gone and we were standing exactly where we were back in our universe.

"Did anyone else see that weird place?" Everyone shook their heads saying no, but Kat didn't move. Her face was buried into Jake's body, her head completely covered with her hair peeking out from under the hood of the hoodie.

I sighed and turned to Ellen who was freaking out. Great... I think it just hit her that we really went to another universe. I bit my lip looking down as I shoved everything in my bag again and the talisman around my neck. Ellen suddenly began to take off, making me groan,

"Ellen, where are you going?" Ellen turned and growled at Felix,

"Home... away from you," I sighed,

"But we need to talk," Ellen scoffed,

"Yeah, well what about me. What is someone asks 'Oh hey Ellen, what did you do today?' and I'll just go, oh you know, just travelled to another dimension," before storming off. I turned to the others sighed,

"I have to go after her. Sorry, meet back at my place later." And I ran off, not going after Ellen, but going to my own home. I needed to talk to Oscar about what I saw; he is the only one who will understand.

Kat's P.O.V

I sighed collapsing to the ground, drained of all my energy. I was still half wrapped around Jake so it made things hella uncomfortable. But right now I seriously couldn't be fucked; all I wanted to do was sleep, like when I kept on falling in between the universes.

"Kat, you need to get up and we need to get you to the police station or home. Pick one," I sighed shaking my head,

"Neither, I don't want to go back for a little while longer... can we just... go to your place?" Jake sighed pulling himself away from me,

"Sure." As he agreed, he bent down and picked me up, before turning to Sam,

"You can head home. Chill out later?" Sam nodded smiling,

"Yeah Dudes, later." Before running off... he is such a weird kid. I don't understand how someone can be that happy all the time, I mean; sometimes it's an effort for me to pretend to be happy. I sighed snuggling into Jake more,

"Jake I..." I started but he shushed me,

"Don't talk Kat; we have plenty of time for that later. You need to rest." I groaned and nodded,

"Are you going to let me sleep?" Jake sighed,

"Yeah, you can go to sleep Kitty Kat," I groaned, I hate that nickname. I don't even want Ellen calling me that,

"Don't... call me... Kitt..." that was all I was able to say before I fell asleep.

Jake's P.O.V

I moved Kat from my arms onto my bed gently as I arrived home. She is so pretty when she's asleep. I can't believe I hurt her... I just, I wanted answers and I was so used to getting them, I lost control and grabbed her. I was scared, I practically lost her. She didn't run away, she got lost... like we did. What will her excuse be? She was walking and running away and got lost in the forest like we did? But then she stayed here until she was ready to go back home. But did she want to go back home?
