Chris's POV——————————————————

We leave la tomorrow and me and bri still haven't talked since sunday. I was telling the truth though. It's not like her to make out with a dude the second night of knowing them. That's just not bri.

We've been avoiding each other and if we're in the same room we don't look at each other or speak to each other. If she wants her space fine i'll give it to her. But we're going to talk again for sure.

She's been hanging out with cameron non stop and inviting him to our little group shit. We all planned on going to the beach today because we bought these little hut things you can sit in. We bought three so i invited sadie to come.

We all got dressed and i wore a white tank with some blue and purple sweats and my air forces. Bri wore a white cropped r shirt, black shirts, and her black and white vans. Nick wore some random shirt with black shorts and air forces. Matt wore a hoodie with some blue jeans and air forces.

We all go in the van in our normal spots and headed to the beach. We got out and grabbed our shit.

" Why aren't you and bri talking chris?" Madi asked walking beside me in front of the group.

" I don't know. We just haven't talked" I said struggling my shoulders.

" Well fix it soon please" Madi said going over to her hut thing with a frown.

" Yo briana" I heard some dude say from behind us. Great he came.

Briana's POV—————————————————

" Yo briana" I heard cameron yell from behind us all. I ran up to him and gave him a hug.

" Hey cameron" I said laughing and smiling.

I lead him down to a hut. We got three so me and cameron in one, i'm guessing chris by himself or with madi, then matt and nick.

" Chris hey" I heard some high pitched voice yell from behind us all where cameron was just a second ago. Great she came.

I saw chris go and hug her with his arms around her waist. She looked happy. I'm not going to be mean to her because i'm just not like that but i'm not going to go out of my way to talk to her. The huts went madi,nick, and matt then chris and that girl then me and cameron.

" Hey when we get back home can i take you out for dinner?" Cameron said leaning back on one arm and looking up at me.

" Yes of course" I said smiling and laying down next to him. I cuddled up in his chest since it was getting kind of windy outside.

I felt happy in this moment. I wasn't thinking about my parents or my fights with chris. I was just thinking about me and how i'm finally putting myself first.

" Have you had any boyfriends or anything" Cameron said now running his hands through my hair.

" I've had like talking stages but my last relationship was on and off from sophomore year til last year in the fall. It was really toxic and i just have a big heart so i forgive easily" I said now frowning. It was a really rough relationship.

" I hope you know that you don't deserve people taking advantage of you. You're way too perfect for that" Cameron said kissing the top of my head and pulling me closer. I guess me and him are talking but it's nothing serious or tied down but i still wouldn't go out and talk to other dudes because that's weird.

" Guys get over her we're taking pictures" I heard nick yell. Me and cameron got up and stretched out a bit and made our way down to nick, matt, and madi.
