Chris's POV------------------

I woke up tangled with bri. My arms were wrapped around her waist with my head in her neck. I carefully got up and checked the time on my phone. 12:15. That's probably the earliest i've got up all week. I went to the bathroom and did my business and brushed my teeth. I took a quick 15 minute shower and put on a lyrical lemonade black hoodie with some black shorts.

I headed out to the kitchen after making sure bri was still asleep. Nick and matt were sitting at the island scrolling through their phones as usual.

" You looked quite comfortable this morning chris" Nick said raising his eyebrows at me.

" Nick shut up stop making shit weird" I said grabbing a water and sitting down.

" The only thing weird is you constantly denying that you like bri bro" Matt said laughing.

" How many times do i have to tell you guys that me and bri are just friends. I don't even look at bri like that" I said trying to convince them and apart of my self.

" Anyways can we go to mcdonald's and get some food for us and some to bring back to bri after last night" I said looking up from my phone. They nodded and we threw on our shoes trying to be quiet and headed out.

I got a ten piece nugget, large fry, and a large pepsi obviously. Nick and matt got the same except matt got root beer and nick got dr pepper. I got bri the same thing except a sprite and made sure they put 50 barbecues in the bag.

We got home and surprisingly bri wasn't awake. Nick and matt started eating their food and i went to go get bri up.

" Bri we got some mcdonald's for you if you want it" I said lighting shaking her since she's not too heavy of a sleeper.

" Yeah i'll be out in a sec" She said sitting up. I headed out of the room and back into the kitchen.

I sat back down next to matt and started eating my food. Bri came out about a minute later and she still looked pretty even with mascara stained under her eyes. My little raccoon😍.

" Bri i'm so jealous of you like fuck you how do you look so pretty even when you wake up" Nick said faking having a breakdown. No lies though.

" Nick shut up" Bri said laughing and shoving him a bit. Bri sat down next to me and started eating her food.

" Thank you guys for this and the last couple nights" Bri said smiling at us all.

" Of course bri we're here anytime" Matt said smiling back at her.

" I haven't told them about you coming to la so i think we should surprise them the night before" I whispered in her ear so matt and nick wouldn't hear.

" Yes we have to do that" She said smiling.

" Chris did you finally confess your love for bri" Nick said raising his eyebrows.

" Nick i think i just lost my appetite looking at you" I said keeping a straight face. Everyone started laughing once it went silent. One thing i love about bri is she's not awkward when nick and matt say that shit. She takes it all as a joke which it is.

We all finished eating threw our trash away and cleaned up the kitchen a little bit.

Briana's POV-----------------

We were all in nicks room just chilling on his bed watching tiktok. I checked the time and realized it was almost three and decided to go home.

" Hey guys i have to get home and my parents aren't going to let me come out again tonight but maybe we can hang tomorrow?" I said standing up and getting all my stuff.

" I don't think we'll be able to hangout because we have to go to an aunts wedding tomorrow but we can hangout Wednesday maybe since we leave Thursday for la" Nick said standing up as well as chris and matt.

" Yeah for sure bye guys" I said giving them all a hug and heading downstairs.

" Hey bri i head you guys talking last night and just know we're here anytime and you don't deserve any of that. You're a sweet and beautiful girl" Marylou said stopping me before i could get out the door.

" Thank you so much for everything i love you guys" I said bringing her into a hug.

" Bye bri" She said as a waved back making my way down the driveway and into my car.

I started playing Malibu by miley cyrus and got home pretty quickly. I just sat in my car for a bit trying to figure out what i should do tomorrow since alahnas busy with family too. I think i'm just going to take a day for myself to be honest.

" Hey honey" My mom said from the kitchen as i made my way over. I gave her a hug and grabbed a bowl of the pasta she made. One thing about me is i'm going to eat no matter what.

" Where's dad?" I asked looking at the living room and not seeing him there.

" He had to go out of town for a bit for work" My mom said putting the dishes in the sink. In reality he was probably going to cheat on my mom but she for sure knows at this point.

" Can i please go to la with the triplets? We would all be staying at madis house with her mom. I promise you guys can trust me. Me and the triplets are just friends and nothings going to happen" I said looking at her with hopeful eyes. My mom is way more lenient about this stuff so that's why i'm only asking her one on one right now.

" How long is the trip?" My mom asked doing the signature mom stance with the hand on her hip.

" A week long and they have an extra ticket so no moneys needed from you or dad. You guys don't have to worry about me partying because i don't do that stuff and neither do the triplets" I said speaking the truth. If we go to parties it's only to pick alahna up.

" Fine briana but if anything happens to you i swear to god shit will burn down" My mom said now pointing her finger at me but couldn't help smile.

" Thank you so much mom. I promise i'll send daily updates and pictures you can put on your facebook" I said running to her and hugging her while laughing.

I did the dishes and put them in the dishwasher and headed up to my room to shower. Once i got done in the shower i changed into some sweats and a cropped tank. I live in these things ngl.

I rewatched outer banks and checked the time on my phone and it was 11 so i knew my mom would be coming in to say goodnight.

" Goodnight bri love you" My mom said knocking then coming in and giving me a hug. Told you so.

" Love you too mom goodnight" I said as she closed my door behind her.

Me and my mom have rough patches like everyone but she's not perfect and neither am i. We both say shit but really hurts me is her thinking i'm lying about my uncle. I told her sophomore year and i think she denies it because she doesn't want her own family falling apart because of it. I hope one day she believes me.

I watched a bit more of outerbanks, did my skincare, put products in my hair, and ended up falling asleep in no time. I love my bed so much. It's one of the most comforting places. That and chris's arms. Gross ew he's my best friend i need to stop being weird.
