Chris's POV————————-

I just woke up and now I'm sitting in on my bed and Nick and Matt are sitting on the couch but are facing me.

"Chris why the fuck are you treating Bri like shit?" Nick asked, giving me a death look along with Matt.

"Dude I'm not. Hop off my dick." I said rolling my eyes then looked down at hands, avoiding the glares from the both of them.

"Chris stop playing the victim. Ever since Bryce's party you've been completely ignoring her." Matt said slightly raising his voice and throwing his hands in the air.

"It's because of that dude." Nick said looking between me and Matt. It's most definitely because of that dude.

"It totally is. You're mad because Bri's talking to another dude." Matt said with eyes wide and a small smirk plastered on his face.

"Ok it is. Is that what you guys wanted to hear." I said yelling back then quickly looked at the wall. I shouldn't have said that. Now they're going to be up my ass about it.

"Chris you made out with that girl and you guys were all over each other at the beach. Bri has every right to talk to another dude." Nick said as Matt nodded his head, agreeing with him.

"It's different. Sadie was just a distraction. I don't even talk to her anymore. Bri and that dude are practically dating now." I said rolling my eyes and getting angry at the thought of Bri dating another dude.

"Are you finally admitting that you have feelings for Bri?" Matt asked smirking once again, Nick doing the same. These kids are so annoying all the time.

"Oh my god yes. I've liked Bri ever since sixth grade. I've liked Bri ever since we first hangout. God I still do." I said yelling and putting my head in my hands and running my fingers through my hair.

"Then tell her Chris. It's not fair to her for you to continue ignoring her because you don't want to admit your feelings for her." Nick said. He was completely right but I'm scared to.

"I don't want it to ruin our friendship. If she doesn't feel the same way then it'll be awkward and we'll stop talking and being as close." I said. It's true. If she rejects me then it'll be too awkward to be around each other.

"Chris are you being serious?" Matt asked with a confused face. No I'm joking. What kind of question was that.

"Yes I'm serious." I said with a confused face. Is this like a prank or something that I'm not in on.

"Chris you're so stupid. It's so obvious Bri has feelings for you. You guys literally cuddle. That's not just a normal friend thing. You don't cuddle with Alahna in your bed." Nick said shaking his head and smiling. He looked at me like I didn't the know answer to 1+1.

"Chris you have to tell her." Matt said serious. Dude give me some time damn.

"I will eventually. Just not today. I'm still jetlagged and I just want to sleep." I said yawning. I only slept a couple hours after the flight and I need like 10 max to function.

Briana's POV———————-

"You're so pretty". Cam said smiling at the phone. I woke up a couple hours ago and me and Cam decided to facetime.

"Cam that's the twentieth time you've complimented me. Thank you but I don't know how to take compliments." I said instantly blushing and moving out of the frame to collect myself before coming back into it.

"When I see a pretty girl I gotta tell her." Cam said shrugging with a smirk on his face.

"You sound like such a player saying that." I said laughing and shaking my head at him.

"That's insulting." He said rolling his eyes then laughing with me. I was laughing until I heard the front door open meaning my parents were finally home.

"My parents just got home so I have to go talk to them but I'll call you later." I said smiling at him and I made my way out of my bed.

"Bye Bri." Cam said with a smile.

"Bye Cam." I said smiling then hung up the phone. I made my way downstairs and saw my mom and dad in the kitchen setting a pizza down on the island.

"Hey guys." I said walking into the kitchen then up to my mom and brought her into a hug.

"Hi sweetie. I missed you so much." She said hugging me so tight my breath literally got caught in my lungs.

"Hi dad." I said now hugging my dad.

"Hi honey. I missed my little girl." He said kissing the top of my head then we broke it as I grabbed a piece of pizza and sat down on one of the bar stools.

"I missed you guys too." I said smiling as I took a sip from my water.

"How was your trip?" My mom asked me and she put her hair into a bun.

"It was really fun. LA is so different from here so it was cool to see it in person." I said then took a bite of my pizza.

"Did you meet any boys?" My dad asked sending me a death glare. Definitely can't tell him the truth.

"Nope. I was unlucky." I said with a slight smirk as I immediately took a sip of water.

"Briana." My dad said staring at me making me laugh then put my hands up in defense.

I finished eating then went back up to my room. I took a quick shower then changed into a hoodie and shorts. I did my skincare then hopped in bed and put on outer banks. I saw a text from Nick and instantly replied.

I'm only doing this because it will make Matt and Nick happy. At least that's what I'm going to continue to tell myself. I ended up FaceTiming Cam and falling asleep on the phone with him with a giant smile on my face. I'm happy but there's still a piece of me that won't be happy until Chris and I go back to normal. Which hopefully happens sooner than later.
