Celestine wanted to hate Greggy, but she couldn't, she's a daddy's girl growing up, she's a daddy's little princess. This statement is just another burden for Celestine, she can't possibly hate him for lying, she hate him for breaking his promise.
For the first time in 17 years 7 months 4 weeks and 5 days, the infamous Gregorio Maria Araneta III broke a promise to his only daughter
Celestine arrived at her bedroom and she angrily close the door and throw all the bags that she's holding, "AHHHHHHHHH" Celestine screamed while crying, she sat down on the floor while hugging her knees as she cried
On the other hand, Greggy and his in-laws are huddled together in the living room, when he received a harsh punch from Bongbong "nangangaliwa ka ba Gregorio" Bongbong asked him as he remained silent, luckily the maids are out of the house for there day off
"Gregorio sagutin mo ako, are you cheating on my sister" Bongbong asked him again and Greggy just bow his head not knowing how to respond "you really are cheating on her aren't you" Imee said in disappointment "so hinintay mo lang mamatay yung ading namin para makapag loko ka" Bongbong asked him
"H-hindi sa ganun you don't get it bongets, it's all a mistake, hindi ko sinasadyang makabuo ok" Greggy defend himself and Liza just gave him a hard slap "Cheating was never been a mistake, it's a choice Greggy, may anak ka, Gregorio sana manlang inisip mo si Celestine" Liza said making sure that she's not Shouting so Celestine will not hear any of it
"Kailan pa to nangyayari Greggy, umamin ka" Bongbong asked him "f-five years ago" Greggy audibly muttered, Imee slapped him in the face while Bongbong punched him twice making him fall "that's it, sa akin titira si Celestine weather you like it or not" Imee said and that made Greggy shock "No you'll not take my daughter away from me hindi ako papayag" Greggy said
"Imee is right, it's better for Celestine to be with us, than to be with a cheater like you" Rodrigo said to Greggy "No I'll not let that happen, na wala na sa akin si Irene, hindi ako papayag na pati si Celestine mawala" Greggy fight back "oh and Please Rod, don't act as if you haven't have an affair before, pareho lang tayong dalawa" Greggy added and Imee slapped him again
"Wag mong ikumpara yung asawa ko sayo Gregorio, aminado siya sa kasalanan niya, hindi kagaya mo, caught on the act na dini-deny pa" Imee said to him "DADDY" Celestine shouted as she run in the stairs to help Greggy, "Ano ba wag nyong saktan yung daddy ko" Celestine cried as she helped Greggy to stand up
"Celestine, I want you to pack all of you things kasi sa amin ka na ni tito digs mo titira" Imee said and that made Celestine shock "w-what" Celestine said "yes hija pack your things hihintayin kita dito" Imee said and Celestine shooked her head as no "P-paano si daddy" Celestine asked "tin please, it's for your own good" Liza said
"For my own good? Is it good to take a daughter away from her father" Celestine asked them "Celesti-" Celestine cutted Bongbong off "Pops, I only have daddy, and daddy only have me, hindi ko siya iiwan mag isa dito nag s-suffer just because of everything that occurred 45 minutes ago" Celestine said to them
"Yung nangyari kanina, yes let's just say he broke his promise by not attending assessment day, pero hindi nyo naman kailangang maging oa, to the point na kukunin nyo ako from him" Celestine cried "hindi sa ganun anak, sinaktan ka na niya" Imee said
"Yes he slapped me earlier, pero nung sinasaktan ba ako ni mommy, meron ba sa mga Araneta ang gustong mag take ng custody sa akin, meron ba ni isa kay na tita patty and Elvira yung gusto kumuha sa akin diba wala naman, so Bakit nyo kailangan maging ganito ka oa, just because of a 1 broken promise and a slap" Celestine shouted back
"Please Celestine wag ka ng maglaban it's for the best" Liza said "I'm not nag lalaban, I'm just saying the truth, diba nag law ka mama, and I'm sure na sa batas din to na finile sa Senate, I'm still 17 years old and my father is my legal guardian, he has the custody to take me" Celestine said
"you have no rights to take me away from him without his consent or without him agreeing with it ok" Celestine added "kasi just because mga politician kayo, that doesn't mean pwede na kayo mag break ng batas, specially you pops" Celestine pulled Greggy after her remarks
Celestine pulled Greggy in the kitchen to get some icecubes and cloth "Sit down daddy" Celestine said to her father sternly as he watched his daughter do the job "look anak it's ok lang naman magalit ka, you don't have to do this" Greggy said to her calmly "Just because I'm mad that doesn't mean I'm not worried about you" She said while putting the ice pack on Greggy's face
Greggy hissed silently when the cold ice touched his bruised face "are you ok, bakit naman kailangan pang umabot sa violence yung incident kanina" Celestine asked him while tapping the ice pack on his face "I'm ok anak, you don't have to do this, I can handle myself" Greggy said "stop being stubborn daddy" Celestine said
"I'm sorry na sampal kita anak kanina" Greggy said to Celestine sincerely "it's ok daddy, I should be the one apologizing, siguro kung sinabi ko sa inyo kung saan ako nag punta edi sana hindi to mangyayari ngayon" Celestine said to him "no anak, don't apologize on my mistakes ako yung nag break ng promise" Greggy said to her
"Anak come here" Greggy said to Celestine as he pulled her in a tight hug "whatever happens please don't leave me anak" Greggy cried on his daughter's embrace "what do you mean" she asked him while rubbing his back "please anak just promise me" Greggy said "Promise daddy, but para saan" Celestine asked him "Just for future purposes" Greggy said as he kissed his daughter's forehead
Meanwhile, Imee and Bongbong is just watching them in mixed of anger and understandment "I can't blame Celestine if she's mad earlier" Imee started "what do you mean" Bongbong asked her "Celestine have Greggy behind her back growing up, Celestine trusted him more than anyone, siya yung nandyan for Celestine when Irene mistreated her" Imee said
"But that doesn't change the fact that Greggy cheated on Irene, much worst for 5 years" Bongbong said to Imee "I mean by looking at it, Greggy seems to regret it, look how he acted towards his daughter, Mukhang takot siya mawala yung anak niya sa kanya" Liza said as they watched the father and daughter
