"Ok an-" Irene was cutted off because of her nausea "where's the lavato-" Irene immediately stand up and run where the lavatory is, Celestine followed her mother and rubbed Irene's back as she threw up "mommy are you ok, isang buwan ka ng ganyan" Celestine asked her "I don't know anak, it all started nung nag vacation tayo nila daddy mo sa iloc-" before she could even finish she threw up again
"That was last month right, nung si Eneri ka pa" Celestine asked her "yes anak, and I also noticed that I'm delayed on my menstruation" Irene said to Celestine "baka naman, you're near your menopausal stage kaya nagkakaganyan ka" Celestine asked her as she gave her a tissue
"Siguro nga" Irene said as she wiped her lips, "balik na tayo, mag Papacheck up nalang ako, once we land sa NYC" Irene said as they both walked back to their seats, "just wake me up pag nasusuka ka ulit ok" Celestine said to her mom "ok po mommy" Irene said to Celestine jokingly "what the hell, no way, mukha na ba akong matanda para jan" Celestine asked her
"Joke lang baby ka parin ni mommy" Irene said to Celestine lovingly as she kissed her forehead "I love you nak" Irene said to her "I love you too mommy" Celestine said before putting the blanket on and sleep
As Celestine sleep, Irene glance at Celestine 'ok Irene 1 country down 29 more to go' Irene thought as she checked the country on her bucket list of the countries that they need to visit, Irene fixed Celestine's blanket and kissed her forehead before closing the book that she's reading

After a long flight, the plane have landed in John F. Kennedy International Airport, "anak wake up we're here na" Irene said to Celestine as Celestine woke up "what time is it" Celestine asked her mother "7:30 in the morning nak" Irene responded and Celestine stood up and stretches her arms and yawn "I'm sleepy" Celestine said while walking
"Just continue your sleep sa hotel, then we'll continue our pasyal mamayang hapon" Irene said to Celestine while helping her with the bags "It's so hot I'm not informed" Irene complained "mommy, you wore suits in Philippines kahit sobrang banas na, and dito ka pa nagreklamo" Celestine asked her while walking
"OMG, anak I want that candy tara bilhin natin" Irene said as she run in the candy shop 'ok face the consequence Tin, magiging nanay ka ng mommy mo ngayon' Celestine thought as she followed where Irene is "mommy that's to much sweets baka mag ka diabetes ka niyan" Celestine scolded Irene
"But I want this, please anak" Irene pout and Celestine just nodded her head "How much is it all" Celestine asked the seller "$150 ma'am" he said and Celestine's eyes widened because of the price "almost 200 dollars for a candy" Celestine asked him as she passed the money
"Let's go na mommy, my ghad we're not even out of the airport gumastos ka na" Celestine said to Irene while pulling both of their luggages "Sorry, it's just, it's so delicious, specially this sour belts" Irene said and Celestine took a bite of the gummies "shit, how can you take the sourness" Celestine said as the both of them walked out of the airport
"Let's go na mommy, I'll drive don't worry" Celestine said as she walked in the parking lot "Wait how on earth did you bought a car" Irene asked her daughter in shock "well mommy, I'm not mama Liza's pamangkin for nothing, she's a new Yorker and every time we travel together laging may car dito" Celestine said to Irene while putting their things in the back
"So saan muna tayo, sa hotel or mag breakfast muna tayo" Irene asked Celestine "let's go sa hotel muna so we can change our clothes, doon narin tayo mag-breakfast" Celestine said as she start the engine
Irene took her phone and took a picture of the Manhattan bridge "wow it's beautiful" Irene muttered "we'll go there later but right now let's go sa hotel muna" Celestine said and Irene pout "but I want to go there now, let's just eat sa resto Please anak" Irene said to Celestine "fine" Celestine parked the car and went to the nearest cafe
"I would like to have a pancake with chocolate syrup and Ferrero Rocher on top" Irene said and Celestine looked at her in surprise "mommy, don't you eat like less sugar for breakfast" Celestine asked her "I actually don't know what's happening to me right now anak, I became a sweet lover for the past few weeks" Irene said and Celestine looked at her confused but nodded her head
"How about you anak, what do you want" Irene asked Celestine "Uhm just a pancake with maple syrup and a coffee please" Celestine politely said, she glance at Irene who's busy eating her gummies 'something is not right about you mommy, pero ano yun' Celestine thought while waiting for her order
Their breakfast have arrived and they began eating "Sir do you have caviar" Irene requested and the waiter gave her a caviar, Irene mixed the chocolate and caviar together and Celestine almost threw up because of disgust "hmmm it's delicious" Irene said and Celestine just looked at her oddly
After eating their breakfast they decided to make some gala na, "where do you want to go nak" Irene asked her after taking a picture "I don't know how about let's go sa Times square mommy, I want to go shopping dali" Celestine said and Irene just chuckled at her daughter's action "ok…ok" Irene said as she felt a headache but she completely ignored it, she don't want to ruin the day for Celestine
They arrived at the time square and they began taking a picture "mommy selfie tayo dali" Celestine said as she pulled Irene and they both took a selfie "are you going to post it" Irene asked her "Uhm my phone is as boring as my whole human being, I'm inactive sa socmed ko, but I'll try to" Celestine said to Irene
"Anak nga kita" Irene said as she took a photo around "licorice candy" Irene muttered "wha-" Celestine was cutted of when Irene fainted "anyone please help us my mother fainted" Celestine shouted as people surrounds them
The ambulance came and they bring Irene in a stretcher, they arrived at the hospital and they bring her in the ER
Celestine was facing back and forth and after a few minutes the doctor came out "doc how's my daughter, I mean my mommy" Celestine asked her as the doctor gave her a medical certificate "no" Celestine muttered "yes" the doctor said "but I'm not ready yet" Celestine said "well you should be" she said to Celestine as she looked at her confused
