"Those brats, who the hell are they to start a fight with me" Celestine complained while eating her sushi "Nak calm down, it will not help kung magagalit ka" Irene said as she rubbed Celestine's back "Calm down, how exactly, they pushed you tapos mag dideny sila na hindi ka nila sinaktan, what kind of logic is that" Celestine said
"So hindi mo talaga inasan yun Celestine" Thiago asked her "of course hindi ko inasahan, I mean I always thought that there's a possibility na mambabae si daddy, hindi ko naman inisip na gagawin niyang anak yung mga brats na yun" Celestine said
"Ikaw tita hindi mo talaga inasahan" Sandro asked Irene "nope, not at all kasi every Saturday is his polo day with his amigos, hindi ko naman alam na magkakaroon ako ng kahati" Irene said to them while eating "are you ok mom" Celestine asked Irene while wiping her mouth
"I'm fine bakit naman hindi, I mean isipin mo your father is not contented with us at kailangan niya tayong palitan" Irene said bitterly as she stand up "I'll go ahead may lakad pa kami ng mga friends anak, and boys please go home early may dinner pa tayo mamaya" Irene said before leaving
Celestine sighed deeply while watching her mother walk away "bakit ako ganito, mabait naman ako, pero ako yung nasasaktan, diba dapat yung mga bad yun, is this my punishment for being maldita, I mean every villain have a backstory and misunderstood, pero sila yung nag suffer" Celestine said while holding her tears
"So what's your plan, you can't just hurt them kasi for sure tito will protect them against you and tita" Santiago said "That is not the point," Celestine said said, "The point is, that I do not know what the point is and I am getting frustrated by the fact that there might not be a point to what I want to do but that doesn't mean that there shouldn't be a point to what I want to do and could somebody tell me why there isn't a point!" she added and Sandro and Santiago just looked at her confused
"Did you get any point on what she just said" Santiago asked his cousin "Not even a point bro, but I believe her point is not pointless, just understand her point kesa magalit pa siya" Sandro said and Santiago just looked at him in disbelief "ang hirap makipag sabayan sa inyong matatalino, to the point na kahit pointless yung sinasabi nyo, kayo lang yung nagkakaintindihan nung exact point na tinutukoy nyo" Santiago said in annoyance
"I mean Santiago, matalino ka naman talagang kasing pointless lang ng sinasabi ko yung comprehension mo" Celestine retorted "Ano daw" he asked Sandro "I don't know, I think she meant mahina lang talaga yung comprehension mo? I guess, I don't know kung ano ba kasi yung exact point na sinasabi niya" Sandro said to him
"Argh alam kung bobo ako, pero wag nyo namang ipamukha" He said to Sandro and Celestine just chuckled "let's go na, maghahanap pa ako ng perfect Idea to make my pointless point useful" Celestine said before standing up with Santiago "Help me up you two, masyado akong nabusog dun libre kasi eh" Sandro said as both Celestine and Santiago pulled Sandro to stand up
"So what do you guys want to do first, before our awkward dinner mamaya" Sandro asked them "what do you mean by awkward" Celestine asked him while walking "did you forget OMG diba laging my dinner and family and friends every month to acknowledge a strong alliances and friendships of both Marcos and Aranetas together with family friends" Sandro said
"Oh yeah, kaya pala may dinner, let's go back na sa house to prefer for tonight" Celestine said shortly while walking in the van, they ride the van and Celestine just stared at the window
A few minutes later, they already arrived at the house, Celestine was the first one to go down, "Hi manang Ellen" Celestine said to her "Hija, nako na-miss kita ng sobra, isang Linggo din ang nakalipas" Ellen said while hugging Celestine "nag usap na ba kayo ni Greggy" She asked Celestine "we're supposed to kanina, pero umepal lang yung impaktang anak ni tita Bettany" Celestine said and Ellen just groaned
"Hindi talaga kayo tinitigilan ng mag-iina" She asked her "yes manang, but I'll try to talk to daddy mamaya, he'll be here naman diba" Celestine said and Ellen nodded her head "I'll be at my room mag-aayos lang po" Celestine said as she walked in the stairs
She arrived at her room, and wore her red dress and her 2 inch jimmy choo heels, and for the final touch she wore her emerald necklace from her mother paired with her emerald earrings from Imelda, after preferring Celestine went in the ball room where the guest are
People gathered in the party room to eat, they decided to asked a caterer to fix everything, "Everyone please stand up" Imelda said to her family and guests "I would like to thank you all for coming to this special event of ours, an event that symbolizes our strong alliances and friendships, a friendship that's never been broken for decades and a friendships that grew more strong than before" Imelda said to the crowd
"Before we eat, I would like to call my daughter Imee to lead the prayer" Imelda said and Irene went in the middle and Imelda gave her the mic, "Bless us, O God. Bless our food and our drink. Since you redeemed us so dearly and delivered us from evil, as you gave us a share in this food so may you give us a share in eternal life" Imee prayed and Celestine stand beside her mother "you look beautiful anak" Irene said to Celestine, not far from the both of them
Greggy is watching Irene and Celestine in distance, he don't have courage to go near them, he wanted to but he can't, they're eating when someone shouted "papasukin nyo ako ano ba" A voice said as the person try to enter the room "Ano ba bitawan nyo ako", Bettany said as the guards let go of her because Imelda signal them
"Paalisin nyo yang bastardang yan" Imee said to the guards "hindi mo ba talaga kami titigilan ha" Celestine shouted at her "eh sumosobra na kayo eh, ok lang kung ako yung inaapi nyo pero wag nyong idadamay yung mga anak ko" Bettany said and Irene scoffed "you should be thankful, yun lang yung ginawa nung anak ko sa mga ambisyosa mong anak, kung alam ko lang na guguluhin nyo yung buhay nung anak ko dapat matagal pa lang nakaalala na ako, pareho kayong mag-iina mga mang-aagaw" Irene said to Bettany
"Mang-aagaw mo mukha mo" Bettany attacked Irene and Irene didn't hesitate to fight back "Bettany tama na" Imee said and Celestine get the nearest knife near her and pointed it to Bettany "Sige saktan mo yung mommy ko tutuluyan kita" Celestine shouted making everyone shock on her sudden action
"Hindi ka pa nakuntento sa pamamahiya sa amin ng mga anak mo kanina sa opisina, hanggang dito ba naman sa pamamahay ko wawalanghiyain mo ako" Celestine shouted "anak put the knife down baka kung ano magawa mo, please" Irene said as she tap her daughter's shoulder
"Ano gagawin mo, papatayin mo ako" Bettany asked Celestine "oo, mapapatay talaga kita" Celestine shouted at her "anak please bitawan mo yan" Imee said to her niece "jan lang kayo" Celestine shouted making Irene and Imee let go "alam mo ikaw, wala ka ng ibang ginawa kundi manggulo, sa totoo lang I did my best to accept you kasi you're pregnant with my siblings, pero sinusubukan mo parin talaga ako eh" Celestine said to her
"Hindi pa ba enough na sinira mo yung pamilya ko, hindi pa ba enough na inahas mo yung daddy ko, hindi pa ba enough na pinahiya kami kanina ng mga anak mo sa opisina, pati ba naman dito sa pamamahay ko babastusin mo ko" Celestine shouted while pointing the knife at Bettany "Niks pakitawag si Greggy please" Irene said, because if Celestine won't listen to her, she's sure that Celestine will listen to Greggy
"Bakit ano Celestine papatayin mo ako, kagaya ng ginawa ng lolo mo sa mga Pilipino noon" Bettany challenges Celestine "Tin wag kang makikinig sa kanya Please" Imee pleaded "apo calm down" Imelda interject "Calm down? This women ruined my parents marriage and family, my life is a mess because of her, so maybe, just maybe, kapag nawala siya mawawala narin lahat ng problema ko" Celestine cried
"Anak put the knife down please" Greggy immediately go to his daughter "l-let go of me daddy please" Celestine said "anak bitawan mo yang kutsilyo, that's not the solution please" Greggy pleaded and Celestine looked at the knife that She's holding and she realized what she's doing
Her hand began shaking as Greggy removed the knife from her hand, "mommy" Celestine cried and Irene pulled her in a hug "shhhhh anak, let's go inside" Irene said as she pulled her daughter away while helping her walk back inside
