We quickly walk in the school's hallways, after we broke there, going to the office, as Max explained to us how she stole the keys earlier.

"Dustin, do you copy?" Robin asks through the walkie-talkie, "Yeah, I copy," he answers as we rapidly walk.

"So, Nancy's a genius, Vecna's first victims date back all the way back to 1959, her shot in the dark was a bull's- eye." Robin explains.

"Okay, that's totally bonkers, but I can't really talk right now," he says, as I point my torch around.

"What are you doing?"

"Breaking and entering the school to retrieve confidential and extremely personal files,"

"Can you repeat that?" Robin asks.

"Just get your ass over here, stat, we'll explain everything." Dustin says, as we arrive at the office, Max opens the door with the keys, as we enter there.

"It's like a mini-Watergate or something, Hawkingate." Dustin says, as Max goes towards the drawers, while i follow her.

"Didn't those guys get caught?" Steve asks, while Max opens a drawer, looking at the files, as I point my torch, to let her be able to see.

"Holy shit," she says, glancing at me, before looking back at the files, "What is it?" I ask, looking closer.

"You found it?" Steve asks, as he approaches with Dustin.

"Yeah, and not just Chrissy's file, Fred was seeing Ms. Kelley too." she says, grabbing it, and showing it.

She then grabs the other file too, before closing the drawer and sitting on the chair, as we stand behind her, pointing our torch.

She opens Chrissy's file, looking in it, she moves away a paper, and I notice another one written on the symptoms she had.

"Can I see Fred's file?" she asks, with furrowed eyebrows, "Yeah," I say, handing it to her.

She quickly opens it, finding a similar paper, with the same symptoms Chrissy had.

'Why the fuck does Max have the same symptoms,' I think to myself, noticing Max staring blankly into space.

"Max, Max," I call for her, as she doesn't answer, "Max! Wake up!" I raise my voice, leaning down, gently shaking her shoulders.

"What's wrong?" Steve asks, raising his voice, "If I knew, I wouldn't be there trying to wake her up!" I shout, starting panicking.

"Max! Max!" Dustin shouts, as I pat her cheek, "Max!", "Max? Are you there?" Steve yells, as luckily, seconds later she gasps for air, moving her eyes around, "Max, Max, are you okay? What's wrong?" I quickly ask, as she panted.

The door slams opens, we quickly turn around and meet Nancy and Robin, as I sigh in relief.

"What happened?" Nancy asks in confusion.

"I, I saw a grandfather clock in the hallway," she says, getting up from the chair, and walking out of the office, as we follow her.

She walks for a bit, before stopping, as she points her torch to the wall, "It was here, right here," she says, as we all point the torch on the wall, not seeing anything.

"A grandfather clock?" Robin asks, as Max nods, "It was so real. And then, when I got closer, suddenly I just, I woke up." she explains.

"It was like she was in a trance or something, exactly what Eddie said happened to Chrissy," Dustin says, as I furrow my eyebrows, "Don't say shit like that," I say, not accepting what he said.
