Claire kept on spitting every single bit of venom making Y/N lower her head in guilt and embarrassment. She did nothing to stop the tears that kept rolling down her cheeks.
"Do me a favour! Please don't ruin whatever I and Namjoon-ssi are trying to build. Don't snatch him away from me. I really do like him." Claire again spoke with a soar voice. One could easily guess she cried a lot.
"Don't you think you're crossing your limits Ms?" Hoseok spoke cutting in between Claire and Y/N. "I trust you also know your limits. Because my brother would love to hear about all of this, that too from me. She's here to apologize for hurting you. But nothin's given the right to get insulted by a lowly person like you. So mind your tongue infront of us!" Hoseok spoke harsh through his teeth and turned around pulling the crying woman out of the cafe followed by an enraged Min Yoongi who was hating himself from not being able to stop Y/N from apologizing for something that is not wrong. Being Namjoon's soulmate he and Hoseok wished the happiness for him.
[Earlier in the evening Claire had called Y/N out to meet. She had the little idea of what the reason could be. Of course the very reason why she was avoiding Namjoon whenever he tried to get a hold of her. By the voice she could tell Claire wasn't very happy with the little situation the night at Christmas Ball. Y/N agreed to meet as she already had been feeling overwhelmed and guilty of her actions. She was ready to apologize but didn't knew that she would be humiliated bad. Claire didn't held back her emotions and lashed it out on her other. Yoongi tried to stop her from meeting Claire but wasn't really successful so he and Hoseok both followed only to find her getting insulted and reached at her rescue.]
The ride back home wasn't really comfortable. The other boys were out of the city for some important work leaving Yoongi and Hoseok behind.
Namjoon didn't have the slightest idea of what's going on with his childhood love and said girlfriend.
"D-Don't tell the o-others. Please!" She said to the both and stepped out of the car. The duo did nothing other than watching her walk inside the building.
"This is totally fucked up hyung!" Hoseok spoke to the elder. "Okay, for now don't tell the rest. Taehyung has been pretty excited for his birthday and this would ruin his hopes. He's been way too much attached to her."Yoongi sighed as his lips turned into a thin line.
"You won't tell her, right?" Hoseok asked. "No. We've no right to meddle in her life. Let's go." Hoseok nodded as they parked the car and went inside.

The other two days went by pretty quick and the boys were back in the city.
Only thing that changed was the relation between the two childhood buddies. Y/N would do everything to avoid Namjoon and Claire clinged more than usual with him. Others also felt the awkwardness in between but chose not to meddle into. Yoongi was unusually close with Y/N which is something they couldn't decipher.
