The upcoming weeks only seemed to make the things distant for the best friends. They both got busy with their daily lives.
The new year celebration felt nothing but like just another day.

New Year's Party Night

Y/N and Seokjin didn't get to attend the New Year's party with their families and friends.
Both being the elder heirs of the business tycoons didn't get to celebrate with their families and friends.
Again thanks to Y/N, Claire actually announced herself as Namjoon's girlfriend and he didn't bother to correct her.
But what he couldn't figure out was how he's actually affecting someone unknowingly.

Jan 15
Y/N Birthday

She locked herself at home, except
for walking back to college after the winter break. That too alone.
It wasn't that Bangtan and Raven forgot her big day. But because Raven and Taehyung disclosed about them dating each other. Taehyung even tried to coax her and tried to find out her reason for objecting their relationship. But Y/N wasn't able to explain herself. She just said she can't just approve of them being together.

And in the heat of the moment, Taehyung raised his voice on her
saying "Stop interfering noona, you are not my eomma!"

The boy soon realised and tried to apologize but she walked away from him. She stopped talking to the eight boys. The incident practically created a huge gap in between her and Raven whom she didn't want to talk to.
But not Yoongi and Hoseok, those two were the only ones who were able to break into her house and mind.
Even in the University, she would do everything to avoid her friends.

Unknowingly, she began to trigger her panic attacks which she thought she'd recovered long ago.

They say, Sometimes it's not the hard threats but the soft threats that are worst.

Feb 10th

It was 6 in the evening when Hoseok and Yoongi were at Y/N's place
The boys were helping her out with the group project that the five of them including Jin and an another girl in their class was assigned together.

But being a stubborn brat, she told Jin and the other girl to fuck off. Saying that the two of them don't need to involve as she will just include their names.
They were all seated scattered in the living room. The two boys were working and she was napping.

"Waah! It must be tiring to try hard to run away from us. Isn't it hyung?" Hoseok spoke with a fit of giggle.

"Umhmn. She is actually the type to hold grudges for good. Glad she still allows us to be around her. Taehyung was asking about her. Again. I don't know how to fix thi........"

The door bell rang interrupting their conversation and Y/N woke up with an annoyed expression.
"Ah, it must be Hyungsik. I hate work!" She whinned as she remembered .

"Who?" Yoongi asked with a frown on his face.

"A friend from work. Please let him in.
I'll go and freshen up." She said and walked away and Hoseok went to open the door. A man in his 30s stood in a simple suit with a bouquet and an office bag in his hands.

"You are?" Hoseok asked as he squinted his eyes on the male at the door.

"I'm am Park Hyungsik. Is Ms Sampson home? We are supposed to finish some pending work." Hyungsik replied with a smile and raised his hand to show his office bag.
Hoseok stepped aside and asked him to get in.

As soon as he was about to close the door, a pair of hands stopped him from closing the door. Hoseok's eyes widened as he saw the Kim brothers panting hard.
"You guys shouldn't be here. Please leave before she knows." Hoseok pleaded.
