Headcanons again!~

Mostly Will and Henry, some Willry because I have an unhealthy attachment to the ship

~~~~~~~~~~
Henry's favourite mainline animatronic was Chica. His favourite secondary animatronic, of course, was Puppet.
Contrariwise, Chica and Puppet were William's least favourites. His favourites were Bonnie and (though he denies it) Toy Foxy aka Mangle, in tandem with FunFoxy. He doesn't have a "favourite secondary."
While they were at work alone at night, Henry and William would spend hours "discussing." Once, as Henry claims, they got so excited about a "discussion about animatronics," Will's passionate yelling could be heard from a mile away. Will resents this.
Will was into some weird shit. His childhood crush was this Grindylow toy he had that he called Gabby.
Sunrise hates when kids (who don't need them) wear sunglasses in the Daycare, for mostly two reasons --> 1. Safety. They'd like to be able to see the kids' faces, if ethically possible. Of course, there are exceptions; if the child is visually impaired, or if they have a disorder causing them to be especially reactive to bright light such as epilepsy or autism spectrum disorders, then he doesn't mind, but if the child can help it he'd like them to be removed. --> 2. Well... He IS a sun. Without proper context provided by the parent (see above examples), it could be taken as rude. They scold rudeness in the Daycare, and they definitely punish bullies; they can't exactly ban himself from his own daycare, so it would just be easier to avoid it altogether.
Big one:
Mikey has a damaged or impaired Hippocampus (the part of the brain that stores episodic memory) due to excessive adolescent trauma, causing memory loss or a jumbled sense of time/space. Because of this, he often gets information wrong especially in situations where he'd be confronted or interrogated for memory, such as Vanessa's little "check ins."
Since stress already has a big impact on the hippocampus' ability to retain and protect information, and trauma has the same effect, they together would be a terrible combination for someone who wants to keep information in their brain.
He surprisingly got lots of things from his Afton half. Despite being way closer to his mother, he's nearly a carbon copy of his dad. Almost everything about him, as much as he'd hate to admit it, comes from his Afton blood rather than his Macleod blood. He looks, acts, and even speaks similarly; he's great with robots; he's (ACCIDENTALLY) killed a child or two.Even his favourite colours, purple and blue, are the same as William's. He's a really boyish kid, always has been.As much as he HATES to admit, he is really his father's son.
Actually, the reason William hated Mikey so much was because despite being a mini-Billy, Michael spent so long idolizing and being closer to Carol. William had very high expectations for his children (why he liked Lizzy so much) when it came to things like this, and finding out how similar yet disparate his oldest was, he was pretty pissed. He wanted Mikey to grow up to be a stone-cold killer, heartless and regal, and of course with a lust for purple, even if it took a few years longer than he'd like for his son to kill for the first time. And, of course, a cisgender homophobe. But Mikey ended up nothing like that, and William was pissed the fuck off.
Even though Mikey ended up being basically the opposite of what William hoped for him, he still had high hopes; maybe he'd grow out of it? Learn to love blood and learn that the goals William set were in fact ideal—immortality and all that, life with the man of his dreams. He was even confused when Mikey turned out to be bisexual since, well, liking men ran in the family (Carol and William's marriage was arranged for the sake of being heteronormative). But noooo, Mikey turned to the life of being who he was destined to be and fixing past wrongs both of himself and his father. How dare he know the difference between right and wrong!
Speaking of which, many people think of William as a psychopath, though as I've already stated, that is incorrect. He is a sociopath, capable of feeling emotion yet with no moral compass or empathy to guide which emotions are "good" or "bad." In the cycle of childhood/adolescent trauma, William's grandfather had created a bloodline from-birth sociopaths (aka psychiopaths) with all the same traits as socios without the ambiguous possibility of having to "create" them through childhood trauma. The only instance of this in William's children was Elizabeth, for reasons still unclear. Because of this, William did seem to have a favourite (which was Lizzy) and a least favourite (Evan) while still having high hopes for his oldest. Being an oldest son, and the child of an oldest son, William held the belief that his personality and mental type was passed through dominant genes, much like psychopathy, but this was not the case. To create a sociopath, William would have to A) give birth through the bloodline of psychiopaths or B) keep Carol away from the children long enough to traumatize them into sociopathy, neither of which he was able to do.
Big one over
Each of the Afton Family has a favourite playing card―some for luck, some just because they think it's really cool.
William's favourite card is the King of Clubs because he's never lost a game with that card in his deck (Though, considering he just drives to the winner's house later that night, kills them and takes the money anyway, it doesn't mean much). Carol's fav is the Ace of Spades, she likes the uniqueness of it. Both Lizzy's and Evan's fav is the Seven of Spades―this is most likely because they thought it was a lucky card, but both died at 7. Michael's fav is the Three of Hearts―he's not sure why, but it may have something to do with his connection to his siblings.
Henry Emily also has a favourite playing card, but nobody knows which it is. It's been suspected to be a Diamond card.
