Ghostly Encounters

Chapter eighteen

Right as they hugged, Sam snapped a photo of the two. 

"Smile!" She said as she took a picture of Drake and Josh embracing each other. 

"This is so going in the yearbook." Sam said

"Sam, may I remind you that it's not a good idea to invade someone's privacy?" Danny said.

"You're right. I just thought it would look fitting next to this picture of your book cover." Sam said, referring to a cover that was titled Boy Story. The cover had a picture of Woody holding a boy close to him.  

Pretty soon, Drake and Josh were heading to go back home. Danny and his friends decided to come out to wish them a good trip. Only too bad for Danny because he felt like he had caught some kind of ghost flu. Danny guessed it was a ghost related illness judging by his symptoms. He didn't want to mention this to Drake and Josh for obvious reasons, so he kept it to himself. 

"Hey, guys. We came here to wish you a good trip." Sam said.

"Gee thanks, Sam. We'll be sure to come back to see you again." Josh said. 

Danny sneezed. As much as Danny tried, it was hard for him to cover this up. 

"Hey dude, are you feeling okay?" Josh asked.

"Yeah, don't worry. I probably just have a cold." Danny said. As soon as he said this, a ring appeared around his waist and turned him into Danny Phantom. 

Drake and Josh watched this in shock. 

Danny Fenton and Danny Phantom. Fenton and Phantom. How did they not see this?

And so, Danny told Drake and Josh all about how he got his ghost powers. The group hung out together for a while before Drake and Josh went home. They were all having fun. Although, Drake and Josh couldn't help but feel like they were forgetting something important.  

The clones were at Drake and Josh's place. 

"It's so nice of you two to do this for us." Audrey said

"No problem, Mrs. Nichols." The clones said. 

Vlad was tied up in the living room. The clones were trying to figure out how to defeat Vlad. They eventually did and celebrated. Their work here was done.
