Since he's the Few Years Ago version, he's already indulged in internet, thus him becoming a pub personality, ones you see on a British pub.
Ilias won't sense the weird differences and the existence of Raiden, even Chapter Three, but a specific character might just...
The powers will be given to Raiden but the experience still is given to Luka and whenever the Four Heavenly Knights battle the crew, Raiden will take the wheel and fight them and win/lose depending on the lore.
His skills will change depending on every hero he's trying to be like.
The AIs will live in Raiden's mind and his body, splitting him from the real world and his imagination now being inhabited by AIs like Samuel Rodrigues, Monsoon.
But those AIs don't feel like AIs and feel like... human...
