When we got home, we took off our cloaks, and I led Ryan to my room. "I hid the real one, and had an almost exact copy of it made to trick her. I figured if she wanted it so bad, there must be something to it." I said. Then I reached a hand into a small, barely noticeable hole in the wall in the space between my bed and my nightstand and took out the real necklace.

"I thought you really did give it to her. The real one, I mean." Ryan said happily.

"You really thought I wouldn't have taken any time to think up a plan?" I said.

"Well................." Ryan said, a little embarrassed.

"You know what, I don't think I want to hear the answer anymore." I said, sort of annoyed.

But now what? She probably realize it's fake soon, if it's important enough....

You know, I can help if you let me in your room.

Fine.

I opened the door, and Tycho scrambled in. Then I closed it again. "So, help?" I said to Tycho. Tycho looked at me, apparently surprised he was expected to help. "Well............... uhhhhh............. I didn't get that far." He smiled and attempted to shrug, but being a cat, it didn't really work. Ryan and I glared at him in unison. "Really?!?! REALLY? You tell us you can help then don't know how?!?!" Ryan said to Tycho, more annoyed than really any other time he's been annoyed.

Sorry for shortness......... may add more....................

Anyone have any ideas why the necklace is so important? I'll tell you if you're right. :)
