I woke up with puffy dry eyes from all of my crying, i checked my phone and got no new messages besides the group chat.
Charlie: how was the party?
Elle: was it fun?
Tao: did anyone start something with you?
y/n: it was fine
Charlie: just fine?
y/n: yes
Elle: okay whats up
y/n: nothings up
Tao: what happened
y/n: nothing much really happened
y/n: besides kissing Nick
Charlie: WHAT
Elle: OHMYGOD
Tao: NO
y/n: i wish i didnt
Elle: what why?
Charlie: did he not kiss you back?
y/n: no he did i just, ran away
Charlie: oh no no noooo
Elle: y/n!! why?!
y/n: im sorry its just too much to handle right now. i have my own problems to deal with.
y/n: i already have enough anxiety i dont need more
Tao: has nick said anything to you?
y/n: no
Tao: good
Charlie: talk to him!
Elle: tell him how you feel, maybe he'll understand
y/n: i cant face him right now, i feel guilty enough for running away
then the doorbell rang, my mom was at work so that meant i had to answer the door.
Charlie: give him a chance
y/n: hold on someones at the door
Elle: Nick has come to confess his love for you!
Tao: slam the door in his face
Charlie: y/n??
I sat my phone down and started walking downstairs
i twisted the door knob to open the door and i could hear the rain pouring down
i looked up to see Nick absolutely drenched, he was wearing a blue hoodie and grey sweatpants. His wet hair stuck to his forhead
"Hi" Nick said out of breathe
"why are you here?" i asked
"i need to talk to you" Nick said
i dragged him inside "well come in you'll get a cold" i said
i shut the door and we kind of just stood there for a second awkwardly
i looked down remembering i was in my pajamas, i was wearing a noodle strap short night gown with purple small flowers on it, and green bunched up striped socks.
i looked up and Nick smiled
"did you just wake up?" He asked
"yeah" i replied
i took his hand and brought him up to my room
he took his hoodie off with his under shirt pulling up a bit revealing some skin, i looked away and blushed.
