it was the next morning after the film night, everyone slept over. I woke up first, me and nick ended up sleeping in my room with my door open obviously with my moms rules.
I sat up and looked around and looked down at nick sound asleep, so peaceful. Just cuddled up in my blankets with my cat laying in his arms.
I climbed out of bed and walked down stairs to get a drink of water. I accidentally made too much noise and woke everyone up that were asleep in my living room.
"god what time is it?" Charlie asked
"10 am" i replied
"ugh thats too early" Tao cut in
"so dramatic!" Elle said sitting up getting onto her feet, she walked over to me and asked where the cups were to get herself some water, i directed her where the cups were and soon everyone joined me in the kitchen, which ended up with me making tea for everyone.
i looked over to see a sleepy Nick walking into the kitchen rubbing his eyes
"look who decided to join us!" I said
"good morning everyone" Nick said in a raspy voice.
his cute little raspy morning voice.
everyone replied with a 'morning' or 'good morning'
"everyone sleep well?" Nick asked
AWWWW SO CARING!!!!!
"for the first time in a while, yes" Charlie replied
"i slept sort of good but Elle hogging the blanket didnt help!" Tao said
"there were like 10 more blankets that you could have grabbed why was mine so important to use?"
tao blushed and didnt say anything, he secretly just wanted to share a blanket with Elle so he could be close to her
"i slept very well, thank you" Isaac chriped
"good, good, and good!" i said
"so what's for breakfast?" Tao said
"whatever you want, im not cooking for you guys!" i replied jokingly
everyone decided on cereal, basic. I ate a peach, and some blue berries. I wanted to at least eat something but nothing too filling.
everyone packed up their things and waited for their parents to come and pick them up, it was a bit early and everyone was tired and just wanted to go home and sleep in their own bed.
after everyone got picked up it was just me and Nick, he helped me clean up the mess in the living room and helped put away some dishes.
"so what do you want to do today?" Nick asked me
"whatever is fine" i replied
"we could go to the park with Nellie, and have a picnic!" Nick said excitedly.
i smiled to myself "that would be amazing" i replied
I grabbed a tote bag from my room and started to get the food ready. I packed some fruit, some sandwiches, some left over candy from the night before and pre-made tea in a thermis. Nick already went home to get ready for the day and grab Nellie then said he was going to be on his way to my house.
I took a nice calming shower, washed my hair and scrubbed off the negative energy.
once i got out i picked out a nice outfit that i wanted to wear today, did my makeup and hair and texted nick i was on my way.
Right when i walked out the door with my bag over my shoulder i saw Nick walking up the path to my front door with Nellie.
Nick Nelson + the cutest dog in the world= perfect match!
"you look pretty!" Nick said admiring me
"thank you, you look pretty too!" i replied
he smiled and held his hand out for me to grab, we began to walk to the park having a small conversation on the way
"your my favorite person y/n, your my comfort person" Nick said
"your too sweet!" I replied, "thank you for also being my comfort person"
"im glad im your comfort person too" Nick said
"i love you my little bug" Nick said
"bug?" i said laughing
"what? was that a bad pet name?" he said sounding embarrassing
"pet name?" i questioned
"i dont know i was trying to give you a cute nickname and it came out weird." Nick said looking down
"no its okay, i think bug is cute" i replied
he looked at me
"i do think its a bit cheesy though" I said
Nick rolled his eyes playfully.
we arrived at the park and we found a nice spot to sit down and start to dig in, it was now lunchtime and i brought a little bit of money so if we were still hungry we could get another snack.
"okay what have we got in here" Nick said looking inside the tote bag
"sandwiches, fruit, candy of course chips, wow you packed a lot of snacks" he said
"i've never been on a picnic i dont know what to pack" i replied
Nick laughed and began to pull everything out
as we ate we laughed and talked like there was no tomorrow. We talked about everything and anything.
I played with nellie throwing her a frisbee then running around with her.
Nick was laying down under a tree and i brought Nellie over and layed down on his chest with nellie laying down on my lap.
the sun beamed on our skin making me warmer than i already was from Nick, brushing my fingers over Nellies soft fur and hearing Nicks Heart beat.
everything was perfect.
hey, so i just got out of a relationship so the next few chapters are going to be very romantic and lovey dovey because its comforting to write about what im missing out on :) and the chapters may be a bit shorter, thank u for reading!!! <3
