"long time no see huh?"

My heart skipped a beat when I heard that voice

It was Aron, my brother

"Aron?"

I said turning around to see him standing there with....my father

Ugh not him again

"Hey sis"

He said as he tried to hug me but I took a step back

"You didn't even bother calling me Aron"

I said as a flame lit up inside me

"Yea well....I'm here now, to meet my sister"

There was something different in Aron, I didn't recognize him anymore, he sounded and looked so different , I could read his eyes and when I did I didn't even know who that person was anymore

"You're here to look for companions"

I spoke confidently because I knew he wasn't here for me

Arons facial expressions suddenly changed and he looked evil

I was shocked, but I was very good at hiding my emotions, I stood confidently

All those memories just flooded back , all the abuse and all bad memories, which made me furious

"Ah I see you're not your dumb self anymore"

Aron replied and when he said that it felt like my heart stopped

"I was only nice to you because you took care of our mafia, but now you're useless to us, we only wanted to be on good terms with the maximus's because of the power they hold, especially Vincent, that's why , I decided to marry you off to them, now you're nothing, just a useless slave to Vincent, you mean nothing to him ."

After he said all that my heart shattered but I had enough of them, all I did for them was upgrade their rank, and do the best for their mafia while they did nothing but take the credit , but......Aron? He was the one who's behind it all? It was Arons idea to marry me to Vincent ? He didn't even think how brutal, merciless and heartless he is......that was what pressed my buttons, knowing that my own brother betrayed me, but I acted like it didn't bother me , since I did that all my life

"Haha, you're funny Aron, you think I'm dumb enough to run your pathetic mafia which I built? I did run it, but you're the dumb one to expect I transfered the money to your accounts, you see , the money I sent to your accounts , was Con money , your bank balance went up, but the money was fake, the real money went to my account, and donations haha , but it was nice to see your true colors"

I said laughing in his face but still burning inside

The expression on his face was priceless, he looked so shocked, that fool pfft

"You bitch , you know what? You're still nothing to Vincent,  he's just gonna kill you or throw you away , you're useless, you just watch what he does to you, that's the whole reason I married you to him, you're gonna be dead in no time, let's not forget, he's the most vile and brutal killer, but also a heartless murderer"

I really felt that I didn't show it.....but when he said that all I felt was betrayed, angry, and he wasn't wrong it's not long until Vincent kills me I mean he already is slowly killing me

My eyes widened as I heard that strong heavy deep scary voice from behind me , Aron looked like his soul left his body
