I was smiling to myself while looking at Summer back facing me, sitting at the foot of the bed, putting lotion on her skin, and looking sexy in her black nightgown.

It wasn't that never seen her like that before, but I never grow old to see she was doing the same routine every night in her nightgown or with nothing at all on her nice skin.

"What's in your mind, honey?" Summer said without looking at me and she keeps looked around her body and made sure the lotion was put on every part of her skin.

I scoot closer to her and let her wedge in between my legs as I reached my hands on the hem of her nightgown, leaned my face closer to her ear as I nibbled her earlobe, and mumbled, "Thinking about you, love."

"Cut that shit, honey," Summer moaned softly with laughter as she happily put her lotion aside and led my hands to peel off her nightgown.

Once her nightgown was in my hand, I casually swung it to the laundry basket but end up landing on the floor, as my wife turned to shoot me a playful glare, "Such a lazy ass."

I leaned in and gently pressed my lips on hers, nibbled her tender lips, and mumbled softly, "I just hate to leave everything cliffhanger."

I keep my lips on her and let our tongues dance. In the meantime, I knew it was time to do something and let my wife have a little fun after her long day.

She was getting carried away with her tongue battling mine aggressively. I started taking the bottle of the lotion to spill the cream on my hand as I started putting them on Summer's lean abdomen and applied the cream around her front evenly.

Summer moaned in anticipation as my hands eventually cupped her loveliness, and gave her as much as attention they needed.

Summer's hands reached mine as we eventually pulled away and she asked breathlessly, "So, you're not gonna tell me what's in your mind?"

I chuckled and pecked her lips, "Are you sure you wanna hear it now? I think it was silly."

"Let's see how silly it is," Summer smirked and my fingers grazed her nipples as she gently slapped my upper arm, "Do you think I'm gonna distract again?"

I grinned and my fingers continue played her nipples as she grasped my hands and sighed softly, "You win."

I laughed and I stopped teasing her, I put my hands on her hips and gradually turned her to face me and she wrapped her legs around my waist.

She sighed when my hands started caressing her bare back and my fingers gently grazed the faint scar earning a blissful sigh from her.

"I still think I was silly back in that time," I murmured and my eyes gazed at hers.

"I think you're always silly," Summer smirked at me.

I chuckled as I circled my arms around her back and started, "I so regret I have ever thought that word in my head, and I'm glad I never say it out because I know I will regret it."

"You know nothing will hurt me, right?" Summer assured me with a soft smile as her hands cupped my face.

"I know, but it might hurt you," I remarked.

"I told you never keep anything in here, right?" Summer said as she used a finger pointed at my chest.

I nodded my head, "But, don't be mad after I tell you." I yelped as she gently pinched my face and warned, "Say it before my patience is running thin, honey."

I took a deep breath and said, "I have ever wanted to shout out loud at you that I wanna divorce whenever we fight." before I could finish, Summer burst out laughing and I was surprised. Summer raised a hand to stop me when I opened my mouth, and I remained still.

"I bet I will get a divorce many times if I was married to other people, honey. You're a saint!" Summer said as she eventually stop laughing and wiped off the tears in the corner of her eyes.

She sighed softly as she cradled my face and smiled, "Whenever we fight, I wish you will say out loud your thought to me, but you didn't. You always stay quiet and let me rant. I was always mad because you never voiced out for yourself. Then, I just walked away and stayed in our room. I know you always let me win and I will always wait for you to return to our room became a habit. But, one time I was scared when you never return to our room almost an hour after we fight. I was scared you will be tired of me and leave me. You never know how much I was relieved after you came back."

"I'm sorry," I said as I tried to hold my tears.

"Hey, don't be sorry. I'm grateful you never leave me, and I know no one can stand my hot temper. Except you," Summer sniffed softly and her thumbs wiped off my tears.

"Can I say something to you now, love?" I asked and looked into her eyes as she nodded her head at me.

"You know, my mom always reminds me that word was a trigger of marriage, so I never say it. Sometimes, when the word came to my head I will flashback to the day we see each other again after we separate for years, how much we wanted to get together after we met, and I even vowed nothing would get us separate again," I kept wandered my hands around the faint scar on her back and I cried, "I know I will regret, Summer. If I were you, I don't think I can live after having been through all of these. You're strong and you even fight for your life to come back for me."

"I will fight in every heartbeat to keep myself alive since that day I decided to leave with that bastard," Summer sniffled and pecked my lips, "Because I know I will come back to you. You gave me hope, Charli."

I buried my face in Summer's shoulder as I hold her tight and said, "I hate I can't help you whenever you were having a nightmare."

"But, I was always grateful and felt safe after I found out you were holding me in your arms and telling me that it was a bad dream," Summer said softly as she kissed the top of my head and gently held my face for me to look at her again. She was smiling and gingerly wiping my tears with her thumbs.

"I still regret I have that word in my head back in that time. After we fight, we sleep it off and move on. The next day when I was cooking breakfast, you, Lotte, and Sunshine's chatter and laughter would always put a wide smile on my face and I was content when the view of you three was having fun in the dining room. So, I knew anger took over me, then I would think that word," I smiled at Summer, planted a soft kiss on her lips, and murmured, "Forgive me, Summer."

I felt her gently bite my lips and said in between our lips, "You're forgiven."

We chuckled and Summer said, "Well, I think this is a kind of expression whenever you're mad. It is something like I was shouting at you that I unfriend you after we fight when we were in kiddo time."

I couldn't help but laugh when I flashback to the day she yelled at me in anger. I sighed softly, "I can't believe this was like happen yesterday and now we are ready to be a grandma."

In the meantime, we heard the soft shutting door sound muffled outside of our room. Summer laughed, "I can tell Sunshine gets this from who."

"Well, she has to since Kimmy is having mood swings," I chuckled.

"I don't think we can help with this. Only Ophelia and Keira can advise since Kimmy is Ophelia 2.0," Summer laughed and gently pushed me to cause my back hit the mattress and she grip the hem of my T-shirt and smirked, "So, let them have their own, they should have learned."

Summer wasted no time getting rid of all my clothes and I took this opportunity to flip us back for me to pin her body. She smirked at me and cupped my face, "Sneaky huh."

I smiled as I took Summer's hands and pinned them above her head and chuckled, "That's the only way to keep you stay still for me to have my fun." I pecked her lips and I started nibbling her earlobe and trailed my lips to her soft spot to nibble her heated skin earning an anticipated moan from her.
