A Promising Prayer ( ON HOLD)

Part 9

After i got off that day, I went home. Alexia was sleep in her room so i didn't bother her, i just went and took me a shower. It was 10pm so once i got out I just went and got in bed, Don was already asleep so i just got in and turned my back towards him.

The next morning Don was turn towards me with his arms wrapped around my waist. Today is Saturday and i was off so I would talk to Alexia and finally go out with Mike. I slide from under Don's arms, and walked to the bathroom. I turned on the shower and took off my clothes waiting on it to warm up, I hopped in and bathed my body. Once i got out I dried off then, wrapped a towel around my body. I walked down the hall to my room, Don was woke on his phone.

"Good morning" he said as I walked in over to my closet.

"Morning" i said looking for something to wear.

"I was thinking me you and Alexia could go out for lunch" he said looking at me.

"Good idea" i said not even looking at him.

"Then me and you could go to dinner later" he said still staring at me

"For what Don?" I asked pulling out a fitted long pink dress laying it out on the bed.

"To kinda talk about us" he said looking down at the dress I put on the bed. "I miss you, I miss us Promise" he added sounding sad.

"Okay Don we can go to dinner" i said plugging up my won-curlers

"Wake Alexia up for me, tell her we going out to lunch" i told him as i began to curl my hair. He nodded then walked out the Room.

1hr later i was done curling my hair and doing my makeup, everybody else was ready. I slide on my pink dress then my gold sandals, and gold jewelry. I walked down stairs and grabbed Don keys.
"Come yall" i said as both of them looked at me.
"You driving?" Don asked as we head to the car. He looked sexy asf he had on some robin jeans with a black shirt with his lola bunnies on. Alexia had on some jean shorts with her gold sandals that wrap around to her knees, and a black an gold shirt. She looked cute, "naa" i said giving him the keys. We all got in the car, Don took us to a out door restaurant. It was called Lake Side because the restaurant was lake side by this big beautiful pond, it was lovely. I loved nature so i was excited when we pulled up. We all got out and walked over to the counter, "how many will be joining you today?" The lady at the front asked politely.
"3" i said in my proper voice, she escorted us to a table in the middle. We all took out seats,

"Can i get your drinks?" The lady asked after she seen we were settled.
"2 sprites and 1 fruit punch" Don answered.

She went to get our drinks, soon as the lady walked away. Don began to talk "we really came out today for you guys to talk" as he talked i grabbed my menu and looked over it. I looked up at him and looked back at the menu.
"I told yall how I felt about that happened in my house" i said flipping the page of the menu.

"Im sorry momma i was wrong and you didn't deserve that" Alexia said kinda sad.

I put the menu down a nd looked at her "i forgive you Alexia, i was doing the same thing with your daddy at your age. I got pregnant at your age, so i cant talk down on you because i was doing the same shit." I told her

"You got pregnant at my age to?" She asked looking shock.

I nodded yes, "me and yo momma was some freaks boii" Don said laughing i hit him laughing.

"Thats nastyy" she said laughing, "Its true" i said looking at her.

"Hey are you guys ready to order?" The waiter returned and asked. We placed our order and she return 15mins later with our food. We began to eat,

"So who was he?" I asked Alexia

"Who was who?" She asked confusedly.

"The boy you was fucking??" I asked. Don kicked me under the table, I simply ignored it.

"Oh, he is my boyfriend" she said beginning to eat again.

"Is that his baby?" I asked looking at her. Don kicked me again harder,
"Kick me one mo time" i said to him kinda loudly.

"Its a possibility" she said looking up at me.

"Well lets pray it is" i said solftly.

For the rest of dinner we made small talk, after we finished Don paid and we headed back home.

I had to get ready for my date with Don, so once i got home I went upstairs. Don went to his house to change,

"Alexiaa? Have you seen my red bottoms" i yelled from the top of the steps. She was in the living room with Trell her boyfriend, she invited him over once we got back from lunch.
"No, where you fixing to go?" She yelled from downstairs.
I walked downstairs to prevent us from continuing to yell, "me and your daddy going to dinner" i told her sitting in the love seat across from her and Trell. "Hey, how you doing" Trell said, standing up putting his hand out waiting for me to shake it.

"How you doing" i said back shaking his hand back and offering a smile. "I apologize about yesterday ma'am that was wrong" he said as he sat back down next to Alexia.

" i forgive yall" i told him.

"Why you and da going to dinner?" Alexia asked looking up at my from her phone.

"He asked me so im going thats all i know and thats all i need to know" i told her as i stood up.

"Ma do you still have feelings for him" she asked looking at me.

"Yes, i love your daddy he just a dog"i told her.

"Trell you stay here with her?" I asked him as i head back up the steps.

"Yes ma'am if thats okay with you" he said.

I stopped in the middle of the steps, "ion mind i just dont like her here by herself, being pregnant and all" i told him.

His face began go look weak like he just seen a ghost,
"Pregnant?" He asked cluelessly.

Alexia looked up at me angrily
"Ma oh my fuckin god, I haven't told him yet" she said.

He jumped up and just stared at her, i kinda bagged up a few steps to see what was going on.

"Watch yo mouth girl, ian know" i told her with a attitude.

"So wtf yeen tell me you was pregnant?!" He said loudly, I ignored him cursing because he was clearly upset. I went back up stairs as they started to argue, I finally found my red bottoms. But I decided not to wear them i wear them, i wore a black sun hat, black tights with a silver chain and a cream crop top then my cream heels. {pic at the top of this chapter} I looked cute, i grabbed my black jelly purse and walked down stairs. Don texted me and told me to come on out. Alexia and Trell were still in the living room arguing,
"Bye yall" i said passing by. They both ignored me continuing to argue, i walked outside and got in the truck as Don held the door open.

"You look beautiful" he told me as he closed the door.

He walked around the front of the truck, he got in.

"Its something really important i wanna talk to you about tonight" he said as we pulled off.
