The next day the Doctor had come over Mika was still fed up with how everything was going He wanted normal life again but he knew that was never going to be the case hed lost hope of getting his sight back but he was learning to live with it and didn't think the Doctor would have any good news "Mika How are you feeling?"
Mika gave a small shrug "Okay I guess."
"Well I have good news and Bad news, " he said honestly "Good news is we identified the drug it used to help people who are at risk of blindness to help them understand and get used to living with blindness however it should only last a week but we don't know its effects with alcohol" He tried to explain
Mika nodded That was good he thought at least it meant there was a possibility and knowing the drug would help
"We can check over your eyes but I think you should return to normal soon, " The doctor said as he went to do some eye tests
"I see the light when you flash it" Mika mentioned which he guessed was good which the doctor agreed maybe he didn't need to be so disharntared he was just angry that he had allowed it to happen in the first place Once the doctor finished his tests he made sure to ask to be informed if anything changes in case there were any risks they were not aware off
"That's good news babe you should have your sight back in a few days" Andy smiled hugging him
"Yeah I guess I just wish I could have prevented it I hate feeling like this it's scary" Mika admitted "It's not your fault," Andy said softly kissing his check as his phone rang Andy groaned going to answer It's me... yeah...well be right there."
"They have Conor" Andy told Mika going to help him get ready "he'll only talk to you"
Mika frowned he didn't really want to talk to him he just wanted to punch him but he didn't exactly have good aim sighted it would probably be worse now "Why would he do this" Mika says softly as he fumbled to get his jacket on "That's something we'll have to find out" He said helping him to the carThey arrived at the Police station and andy helped him inside saying why they were there, The officer nodded before heading into the holding cell where Conor was.
"You have 10 minutes where watching from outside if anything happens" The officer nodded frowning as he left the room.
"I don't even know where you are but Why the hell did you do this to me" Mika seethed as Andy helped him to sit down.
"I didn't mean to," Conor says softly "A friend gave me some and said it would make your night wild I wasn't going to use them but then you seemed really down at the party and I assumed it was ecstasy or something I didn't know it would make you blind" Conor explained at least he confessed Mika though but He wasn't sure if it just made him angrier
"So you're saying you wanted to drug me just didn't know what you were drugging me with," Mika asked confused crossing him arms
"I'm not a perve I would never have hurt you, I wanted to help, I wanted you to have fun that's all please don't press Charges "
Mika laughed how could he be asking for this "Leave universal and I'll think about it " Mika said bluntly he wasn't someone that was bothered by things normally he could work with anyone but right now he had never been angrier with anyone in his life "You know thy don't know if I'll get my sight back" Mika says half lying but he didn't care.
"I'll leave universal I'm really sorry Mika "
"Everyone makes mistakes and If I do see I might not hate you forever but know I'll make your life hell if we ever cross paths again" Mika threatened he didn't care what came out about him but He could not let this man have a decent career if he had almost ruined his or at least damaged his eyesight in any way he didn't know what would happen to himself long term all because this man wanted to cheer him up.
Conor gave a nod "I'll leave the industry." he says slightly scared "I really am sorry."
Mika nodded setting up finding andy wanting to leave he didn't want to be in this room any longer than he had to. But at least things seemed to be looking up.
