Mika arrived home after the concert it had gone well He had decided to do a small qna halfway though it was different he wanted to engage with fans and talk about where he was at, it felt special to him that they cared and he didn't want to leave fans in the dark.

"Micheal Holbrook Penniman Jr You think you can ignore us while were worried sick about you" he Heard Yasmine yell as He walked in.

"I didn't want you to worry" Mika groaned he knew they were angry no one called him by his full name unless they were angry

"Were your family we're meant to worry, you more engaged with your fans about what happening to you than you are with us" Paloma added

"Whose here just you two."

"Fortune wanted to come to slap you we told him not to but it's just us" Yasmine added

Mika nodded "I know and I should have told you I've just been scared, I didn't want to get in your way like I am with everyone else" Mika sighs Andy was still out and Gulio had brought him home but didn't want to stay. He sighed going to find himself sitting down

"I'm sure you're not in anyone's way" Paloma sigh going to sit with him hugging her brother

"It just would have been nice to hear from you what happened to Andy"

Mika sighed he knew they made a point he had ignored everyone not wanting to cause an issue but had done that in doing so "I'm really sorry,"

"So what happened," Yasmine asked with a sigh.

"I got drugged because He wanted me to have fun and now I'm blind," Mika said simply annoyed

"But I think I'm weirdly getting used to it, I miss seeing things, and It's a struggle but I can live," he said honestly.

"Life is hard but we manage, I'm still here against all odds and I relearnt how to live because I was told I wouldn't be able to and with or without your sight you'll be amazing" Paloma smiled She had worked so hard to get to where she was now "Did you feel like you were hiring everyone else," Mika asked They had never honestly talked.

"You wouldn't know, you fucked off" Paloma half teased She was mad when she woke up but It was something they could joke about now.

"I pushed everyone away cause I didn't want to be their burden I was worried about hurting everyone," She said.

"But family isn't a burden not for us" Yasmine added

"I just feel like I am, Andy Is doing so much and He can't have his life he has to make sure I don't trip over a chair or something stupid, I don't want to be a burden"

"You're not a burden," Andy said from the doorway, Mika hadn't heard him return "I want to help because I love you and 15 years should prove that but you are still an idiot, you are never too much for me and I would look after you forever if that's what you needed," He said going to join the three on the couch.

Mika smiled "I Just don't want you to ruin your life looking after me, " He said honestly.

"You are my life, which is why I want to marry you enough saying one day when your less busy Mika, marry me for god sakes" Andy Blurted out.

Paloma and Yasmine both Turned their heads surprised this wasn't what they expected in this visit but It was very welcome, even if everyone had accepted Andy into the family years ag.o

"No," Mika said simply "This is a pity proposal, ask me again when I can see, when I haven't just been calling myself a burden also when were alone cause this is the shittest proposal" Mika half teased but was serious as much as he wanted to Marry Andy and god he did, this wasn't how he wanted to be proposed to. "I understand," Andy said Understanding He knew he had blurted it out and it wasn't the right time. "I have more to add to my song If you guys want to help, " Mika said wanting to move past They agree and spent the rest of the evening talking and just writing a song not knowing that things would be looking up soon.
