8. Disappearance

Dream came home from her week long trip with Sapnap and George happy. Ever since meeting the boys, he was introduced with the vast world.
He was introduced about so much more than his life inside the forest with his mother and brother and Faye.
He really loved the feeling, it was freeing and from travelling and finding new lands, it was powerful. It was different feeling, it made him protective and aggressive when it came to other people that wanted to build in the land they found.
But that was a problem for when he was out there. Right now he can't help but feel excited to see his small family.
When he walked inside, he took off his ransack and called out for Foolish and Puffy, "I'm home! I come bearing gifts." He said as he walked further in their wooden home.
"Guys?" it seems as though they were out which was not that weird. He walked to his room. He didn't know where his family were but it wasn't weird for them to wander around.
He sighed in relief as he took off his hoodie when a sudden cool breeze was felt. He furrowed his eyebrows and looked at the window only to see that it was closed.
Walking out the room, he walked where he hung his jacket only to see the door open. "Uh- Puffy? Foolish?!" he yelled but no one answered.
He gripped his axe and was about to walk out when his foot hit something, looking down he felt his heart drop. He didn't know why but he felt something was off.
Crouching down he grabbed the object just in time for Foolish to walk in the house. "Dream? You're back-" he stopped himself when he saw what his brother was holding.
"Dream..." Foolish trailed and the blonde looked at him and sent him a questioning look. "I'm sorry Dream but, Faye... she hasn't shown up for days. She's been gone the same amount as you have."
