It's my first day at school.. I woke up at 6am to get ready. We had to leave to at 7 40 do I had an hour and 40 minutes to get ready. I showered, applied my makeup, curled my hair and chose out my outfit.

I chose a plane white top and paired it with a cute skirt and my white trainers. I went to grab an apple for breakfast before remembering my mother's words. Stick to the diet or she'll come to florida and bring me back to Washington.

I'll bring an apple for lunch. Just to get me through the day.. wait. No. A whole apple is too much that's like 50 calories. Something smaller.. I'll take a cube of cheese.. much better.

I placed it in the smallest pot we have. If it looks like it fills up whatever its served on it can trick your brain into thinking you've ate more then you have according to my mother.

Placing it in my bag, I was ready to go.

I went outside and went to knock on Samuel's door when it opened before I even touched it. "Oh hey, I was just coming to knock on your door!" He laughed awkwardly.

We began to walk to school, him leading the way. We talked about who I need to avoid and who's fine. "Oh and I'm going to volunteer to help you settle in which means you'll get the same time table as me and that way you know at least 1 person in all of your classes and I can make sure you keep out of trouble." The boy teased while nudging me slightly.

"Wow your so hilarious! You should be a stand up comedian Samuel!" I sarcastically replied making him laugh again. He's still just like he used to be, laughing at every small thing.

We arived at the school after a 30 minute walk. School doesn't start till 8 30 though so I don't know why we are here so early.

"Why are we here so early?" I questioned as we walked into the school gates. "You need to get signed in and they'll find someone to be your school guide which will hopefully be me then they have to link up your time tables." He explained as we walked towards what in assuming was the headmasters office.

"Knock on the door, I'll wait here. He usually just grabs the first kid he sees in the hallway so hopefully he'll see me first." Samuel chuckled while giving me a push towards the door. I anxiously nodded and heard a yes from the other side of the door. I looked back at Sam who nodded at me. I opened the door slowly and stuck my head round.

"Good morning, I'm Maddison Hill... I start at the school today.. I was told I have to come here first.." I spoke nervously, trying to appear more confident then I was.

"Great! Take a seat and we can go over everything!" The head master pointed to one of the seats infront of him. I sat down and he pulled out a piece of paper. "This is for you, just some basic information you might need through out the day." He spoke while reaching into his desk again, "I have an extra caricular activities here, would you like to look through them and see if your interested in any?"

He handed me a list and I read through them. There were 2 that caught my eye, "can I do dance and soccer?" I questioned while handing him back the paper.

"We actually shut down the girls soccer team a few months back due to lack of players. Sorry. But I'll sign you up for dance try outs!" He announced. Why is there boys and girls teams?

"Can I not go on the boys team?" I suggested but he looked at absolutely horrified. "Absolutely not." He hissed at me. What? Why can't I go on the boys soccer team? This is Bull shit!

"Okay now you need a guide. Let me go find you one." He got up from his seat and opened the door, sticking his head out. I heard him call out Samuel's name. Yes! I grinned as he walked in the door. "I'd like you to be Maddisons tour guide." He told Samuel who was trying to hide his smile.
