Autumn
I woke in the most comfortable of beds. It had pile of very soft pelts on a very large mattress that laid on a proper wood frame. A fine bed likely meant for royalty. I rubbed the remaining sleep out of my eyes and pushed myself up.
A moment goes by and I realized that I lived! He didn't kill me after all. But I didn't exactly know where I was. It seemed to be a strange cabin room.
But why did he choose me maybe he was waiting for me wake so he could hear me screams. I tuck my self into a ball and lay my head into my knees and cry. Chances of leaving were slim.
He was an orc meaning his senses were far beyond mine or anybody other humans. But not just his senses his physical appearance was also far beyond anything that I've ever seen. He was at least 7 feet of pure muscle and strength.
I have no idea how long he must've walked to get here, all I remember was him carrying me and me falling asleep then waking up here.
Even if he seemed nice then he could've been Lying, many of my villages girls have been sent out to these creatures yet none have ever returned.
It was common knowledge that orca where brutes and nothing more. I could only cry and await my death.

I heard the soft cry of my wife come from her bedroom. I quickly jump up and run to the bedroom to see if she's alright.
Once I got to the room I slam the door open only to see her huddled in a ball.
"What pains you, my uxor"
(Wife)
She flinched at my sudden intrusion and looked up at me with fear.
"Where am I " her voice soft and melodious yet shaky from crying.
"Our home, I give you my word I wish not to hurt you" I assure.
"Then what are you intentions with me" she questions yet her tone reveals her anger towards me.
"To make you my wife" the instant disgust on her face tell me all I need to know
"I will never marry a monster like you" she spits
I had nothing to say. My last chance of finding a wife and saving my dying population were all a failure.
" I would never love a hideous creature like you, and you know that."
I turn away from her burning tear filled stare. She was right, we're two different species, it was impossible for a human love an orc.
" In two weeks time if you still feel this way I will return you home to your rightful place" I said, the words stabbing at my heart.
"Then why bring me here to begin with" she mumbled
"Because I'd been watching you for some time and wished to take you as my wife and mother of my future young" shame and embarrassment coated my voice
She scoffed and I felt her turn away.
I got up and left without another word
Disappointment and sadness hung heavy over my head. Perhaps she needed time to rest. Perhaps it's was foolish to begin with.
Autumn
I kinda guilty. He looked hurt and confused by my words like he expected a different outcome. Did he truly think I could happily wed a thing like him. Maybe he wasn't so bad and I was being harsh, after all he did and promise I could visit my mom and carry me when I was injured but that never got rid of the fact he was an orc.
Even though he was kind now there was no denying his true nature.
