After Valentine's Day me and Aaron decided to tell our coworkers about our relationship. Everyone was really happy for us, mostly because most of them already suspected about us. Chief Perez had congratulated me on my relationship and took advantage of the happy moment to let me know that there was a lot of people that wanted me to work with them due to the work that I had been doing. There was some units from DEA and the FBI that wanted me on their team and I had gone to a couple of interviews during the month. They sounded really good but they weren't really convincing.
Today it was my birthday and Aaron said to not plan anything out because he had a surprise. "Alright baby take a shower and wear the outfit I picked out for you please" he said as we came back from our run. "What exactly is this surprise?" I asked "Its called a surprise for a reason" he said and kissed me before leaving the room.
I took a shower and curled my hair and did my natural makeup and Aaron had picked out a floral dark blue sundress with a v neck. He also picked out some casual heels to go with it but instead I put my white converse.
When he came back he was wearing a matching dark blue dress shirt with rolled up sleeves and jeans. "Aww look at us we are matching" I said as I wrapped my hands around his neck. "You look beautiful baby, figured you wouldn't wear the heels but thought they matched with the dress" he said "Well they definitely matched the dress but you know I'm not really a heels girl" I said.
"I know and that's fine by me I love you the way you are with your converse and everything" he said and kissed my nose. "I love you more but just for the record I'm loving the long hair you should keep growing it looks so good" I said as I entangled my fingers in his hair "If you like it then I will. But before we go I need you to wear this" he said giving me a blindfold "Okay I am liking this surprise every time I get blindfolded it's a good time for sure" I said putting it on.
He carried me to the car and then took off, the ride was shorter than I expected. He guided me through some steps and then he slowly took my blindfold off and we where at my tias cafe there was my whole family and friends. "SURPRISE" everyone said in sync "Happy Birthday baby" Aaron said in my ear while hugging me from behind. "Thank you guys" I said putting my hands on top of Aaron's.
Once we all ate we had talked among each other. Then I cut the cake and opened my gifts I decided to thank everyone for my surprise party. "I wanted to thank everyone for this surprise party especially everyone who helped Aaron planned this out, I loved it!" I said and Aaron stood up next to me " I also wanted to thank everyone that helped me surprise my beautiful Stephanie and I also wanted to say some words to our birthday girl. Right here in front of everyone I wanted to say I am the luckiest man alive to have you by my side. Because I have the most amazing, strongest, and beautiful girlfriend I could have asked for and you are the best thing that has ever happened to me. You are great in every single way and I believe that as you continue to grow you are going to continue to be great at everything you dream to do. I believe we where destined to be together, meant to be. And for those reasons and more I love you my little wolf." He said and at this point I was crying my eyes out and I kissed him and everyone started whistling and clapping. "I love you more guapo" I said and I hugged him.And I knew that was a moment that was going to be memorable.
