Alex's POV

It is now midnight and I am about to leave to deal with Griffin. I know I may be stupid for going alone, but hear me out, I'm doing it do Natasha and Broody, I also know that if I don't make it back even though there's a 5% chance of that happening. I write a note for Natasha saying-

To: Natasha

Ok don't freak out while reading this please. I am most likely dealing with Griffin and I want you to come after me with help after 48 hours of me being gone. Take care of the kids and I promise I won't die.
P.S. Don't worry about me I'll be fine ;)

After I leave the note under her door I put me new suit on that I finally finished with the help of Tony, Peter, and Bruce, we ended up making it to were it can go into a compass pendant; similar to what Tony's suit dose. I put on an all black suit and leave the compound and get on my motorcycle and drive to my spot. It's the spot I went to when I realized I was free from HYDRA, it's on a hill that views the whole city, it's calming for me.

I sit there until one in the morning and ask MARK the address of Griffin's office building. Yesterday I did some research and it seems as if he lives in that building and he only leaves for business meetings with other corporations and or to go to the bar.

I hop back on my motorcycle and head towards Griffin's building. It should be about a fifteen minute drive so I have some time to get in the 'zone'. I haven't been in the 'zone' since the incident with the Avengers. I can't be that hard.

I arrive across the street from the building and go down an ally way and up a building across from Griffin's office. I climb on top of the roof and admire the city. Let's hope I make it out of here.

Natasha's POV

I wake up and something doesn't feel right, I get out of my bed and I go to leave my room when I feel something under my foot, I move my foot back and lean down to see a piece of paper and pick it up, I walk over to my desk and turn on the lamp. I unfold the paper and see Alex's hand writing. What the hell did he do?

No. No no no, he didn't. What the hell is he thinking. I check the time to read 6:14am, then I quickly make my way to Wanda's room. One I reach her door I knock, I hear a faint 'come in' and quickly enter her room,

"Wanda read this, I will explain in a sec" I say walking up to her and hand her the piece of paper, she takes a minute to read it then looks at me confused

"Ok Griffin is Broody's father; that's angel story; and he called me on Christmas saying he wants Broody, and if I don't give Broody to him he will take him his self, and the first person I told was Alex, I told him yesterday and he said he will 'take care of it' his self if he has too, then this morning I found that note by my door, Wanda what do I do?" I say finishing my rambling as I feel my eyes get watery

"Well he said to only go after him after 48hours and with help, so if you trust him like he trust you I would do what the note says. I'm sure he will be okay, him and Alexis almost took down the whole team remember" she says with a smile and I smile back, that was a tiring day

Flashback
No one's POV

Alex and Alexis were surrounded by the team with their backs together prepared to fight them all,

"Well this isn't how I expected today to go, at all," Alexis says with a chuckle

"Yeah me neither, but let's get this over with I want to go nap" Alex says looking over his shoulder

"Rule number on-

"Keep your eyes on your appointment" Alex cuts Natasha off as she goes for the punch but he catches her fist an kicks her away,

"May the battle begin" Alexis says and they start fighting.

Now the only person left was Wanda and before the two siblings can go after her Furry walk in

"Well done you two, but I need to have a chat with Alex real quick"

End of flashback

Natasha's POV

"Ok your right. I will wait the two days and if he isn't back yet or hasn't messaged me then I'm going after him" I tell her

"No, we are going after him, I'm not letting you go alone" she corrects me and I nod

"Thanks Wanda, this means a lot" I tell her with a sad smile

"No need to thank me" she says returning the smile.

Alex you better not die on me.
