Chapter 9

Quin decided she wanted to be with Gerard the whole week... So she called her mother.

*ring...ring...ring...ring...ring...*

"Hi it's Kelsie Baker, I can't come to the phone right now so feel free to leave a message *BEEEP*"

"Hi mom... Gerard is pretty messed up.. Uh..." She looked at Gerard who was sleeping soundly on his bed.

"I think he really needs my help so I'm going to stay with him this week... Don't worry we will stay out of trouble... Uh I'm going to grab some stuff later. Okay thanks mom, call me." She hung up and sighed.

Quin felt so bad for Gerard... She decided she wanted to make him a get better basket.

Quin headed to the mall and stopped at build a bear.

Quin browsed the teddy bears and picked a teddy bear out.

She gave the bear to the guy at the stuffing machine. Suddenly a motherless child fell and bumped his head on one of the shelves.

Quin ran over as fast as she could.

"Oh my gosh! Are you okay?" Quin kneeled down next to him.

The kid started screaming and crying.

"Hey hey shhhh... It's alright buddy... Where's your mom?"

The little boy pointed in the direction of the bathroom, and sniffled.

"Oh.. Is mommy going potty?" Quin asked the little boy helping him up.

"Mhm." The little boy pouted.

"Okay.... Wanna help me make my bear while we wait?"

The guy at the stuffing machine gave her the bear.

"C'mon this bear needs a bath." Quin gave the bear to the little boy and skipped to the fake bath tub."

After Quin and the little boy washed the bear they chose two outfits.

One was a nurse outfit and the other was a ninja outfit.

"What should we name it?" Quin jumped on the bench In front of the cartoonish computer.

"I'm going to have a baby sister named Gwen." The little boy smiled wide.

"Gwen... Gerard and Quin.... Perfect." She mumbled.

She started typing:

Gwen

*double backspace*

Gwin

She corrected her self.

She payed for everything and gave the little boy a high five.

"Thanks for all your help."

Before Quin left, a man complemented her skill with kids, he gave her a card and told her to call him later.

Quin drove back to Gerard's house picking up some of her stuff on the way.

She knocked on the door and an attractive, short, dark haired guy answered.

"Why hello." He smirked.

"Hi. Uh are you a friend of the Ways?" She smiled friendly.

"Sure am babe. Why?"

"I'm here for Gerard. I'm staying over for a while." She sighed.

"Ohh... You must be Quin. Gerard told me about you. Dammit.. You're taken. I had no idea you were this sexy." He got out of the way so she could come in.

"Oh uh wow thanks." She blushed.

Quin ran up to Gerard's room holding the build a bear box and plastic bag.

Gerard was flipping through pages of a comic book.

"Hi sugar." Quin's heart raced as she walked in.

"Oh hi baby." Gerard put his comic book down.

"You got a bear?!" Gerard gasped.

Quin put everything next to Gerard.

He opened the box and took out his little nurse bear.

"Aw what's its name?"

"Gwin for Gerard and Quin, he is also a part time ninja." Quin giggled.

"Aw no way!!" Gerard smiled and hugged Gwin.

"That's not all." Quin poured the bag of candy into Gerard's lap.

He squealed excitedly.

After eating a shit load of candy
That man who Quin saw earlier walked into Gerard's room.

"Hey kids." He smirked

"Hey Frankie" Gerard yelled through a mouth full of candy.

"Sweet! Candy!" Frankie took a piece and shoved it into his mouth.

"Oh Quin, this is Frank Iero.
Frank, this is Quin Baker."

"Pleasure." Frank shook her hand and winked, biting his lip slightly.
