Chapter 7

"Wakey wakey", I felt a slight nudge.

Jordan was shaking me so I would wake up. He must've carried me to my bunk last night.

"I'm up, I'm up", I grabbed my glasses from the little pocket on wall.

"We were invited to breakfast. COME ON", I put my hand over Jordans mouth.

"STOP YELLING. It is too early for yelling", I got out of the bunk and grabbed a shirt from my bag. I walked into the bathroom, changed, and did the other essentials.

When I finished, I walked out and saw Mason making coffee.

"Morning", he stirred his coffee

"Morning, Jordan and I are heading out to breakfast with some friends. I'll see you guys later", I waved off and walked outside where Jordan was waiting.

"Finally. You take soo long to get ready", he lifted his watchless arm.

"First off, I only took 10 minutes and second, there isn't a watch on your wrist", I pointed to his arm.

"Oh yeah I know. I just wanted to be over dramatic. Now let's go eat I'm hungry", Jordan grabbed my hand while we walked across the street to the little 50s style diner.

He brought me over to a table that was in the far back corner. Tay and nick were the only ones there.

"Finally, we were getting lonely over here. Plus the waiter came over here like 15 times and we told him the same thing", Jordan and I sat opposite of Nick and Tay.

"Is it only us? I'm hungry", My stomach growled

"No, Derek and Tyler are supposed to be here."

"We are here", Derek and Tyler took their seats.

Derek sat next to me and Tyler sat next to Nick.

The waiter came back and took our orders.

We kept ordering more and more food, til we had to connect another table to ours. We had chicken tenders,pancakes, a pile of bacon, salad, more salad, french toast, eggs, and more. I ordered chicken quesadillas because those are life.

"I can live off of chicken quesadillas", I had another bite and took some fries off of Tay's plate. Somehow, Derek already devoured a whole plate of fries and two salads.

"How do you even?", I pointed at the clean plates.

"I got talent", he said with a fry hanging from his mouth.

"I'm sure you do", Jordan laughed beside me.

One guy came over to our table and took our empty plates. I secretly slipped a tip into his apron.

"Here is your check", the waiter placed a little black book on our table.

We all split up on the check and gave the waiter tips.

"Apparently, Kevin Lyman rented out the water park down the street", everyone started sliding out of the booth.

"That would be fun. I need to stop at the bus and get something to wear", Tay nodded and looped her arm around mine.

"See you guys soon", Tay dragged me over to the buses.

"Tay we have all day. What's the rush?"

"I like water parks. Now you go get ready and meet me here in 10", she slammed the bathroom door and I walked outside.

Their bus was right next to ours. Nobody was on the bus so I grabbed my avenger themed swimsuit and my black sandals. I got dressed in the back lounge. When I finished, I threw my wallet, my captain America towel, extra hair ties, more deodorant, and sunscreen.
