Novas POV

Trust. It's not something I do easily by any means but I seem to trust Colin and Scarlett's if I didn't i don't think I'd have agreed to live with them. I'd have agreed to the job but living with them no that's not even a option because that's  a different level to trust. But here I
Am doing that.

My flight was soon and I was back in the airport teh last few days I've just been preparing myself for leaving my own country. Hopefully I won't be back for a long while I really hope I won't have to be back. I do know I'll stick out like a sore thumb but only will I be staying in a very posh area but I'm English and yeh accent is different so yeh this so gonna be a fun adventure. I got into the plane  and Kennedy had  handed me my drink. She'd gotten me a coke which I happily drank while we took off. The bubbles were strange but it tasted nice. She also helped me log into the Disney plus account to watch a  show on my phone instead of teh tv because I wanted tow tab him price I guess I dunno but yeh she's masking with this it's her job.

" hey we're here and I'll see youuuu very soon" Kennedy said helping me elbowing the plane I smiled as I got to Kirsten and there was a man stood next to her " nova this is axle he's the security well you're security" and I furrowed my eye shows " I have security" and she nodded " yes that's important to Scarlett and Colin you're safe especially with there kids. Sooo that's why you have this big man" and I laughed he scowled at her " I take my job seriously" and I saw Kirsten smile " too seriously sometimes but he's a big softie don't forget that" and he sighed while I laughed " it's nice to meet you nova has anyone ever told you that you look a lot like-" and kirsten hit him in the stomach " what was that for?" And she groaned " leave the kid alone now get her suit case in so we can get her settled" and he nodded okay that seems fair I guess but I have been told I look like Margo Robbie maybe that's who he was going to say? I don't really know doesn't matter anyway I got into the car and It was a different car axle was in the front driving seat and I was definitely confused " I'm also you're driver nova" he laughed at me and I nodded this is a life style that's like abit much.

" okay so you'll be meeting the kids tomorrow there at Scarlett's parents house. Colin is at work so it's just Scarlett home." And I nodded okay that seems easy atleast I can like settle before I meet the kids that's something atleast.
We got out of the car axle was getting my suit case out " what did you pack bricks?" Ans I laughed " I thought you were supposed to be my muscle" I said and he smiled " she's got banter I like it" which made the three of us laugh " this is what I like to hear" we heard a voice from behind say and I turned to see Scarlett stood on the steps I hadn't really looked at the house it was massive though let me tell you that much. Wow it's big. " novie " she said and I looked down at her that nickname somehow brings me comfort I don't know but she pulled me into a hug and I smiled " hi Scarlett" and she laughed I dunno what I did " it's okay novs you just look like a little out of depth" and I nodded where does she think I loved before this Buckingham fucking palace " I mean going from a 3 bedroom house that is in the roughest part of London to this is kinda a big change" and she frowned " I'm sorry" and I shook my head " no no don't worry you don't know much about me anyway" and she gave me a small smile " well I hope that changes because you're now apart of my family okay? How about we get you inside and I show you around and then you're room" and I nodded the tour of the house wasn't very long she did show me where a lot of stuff is especially for the kids because I'll probably need some of it like the first aid kit is in the kitchen in the left draw at the top. And she has the kids coats hung up on a rack in a closet next to the steps.

" okay so this is you're room" she said and as she took me in, I was rendered speechless this was triple my last rooms size and I practically shared my old room so this is alot. " who do I share with?" I assume someone else maybe another staff member but she shook her head " you're the only person that works for us and That lives with us now. This is you're space and you're space only okay?" And I looked at her confused because right now I'm very confused " why give me such a big room" and she smiled " because you deserve it and you've seen the house  I think we both agree I won't run out of rooms" and I nodded she's right there this place is Massive and my  room is the furthest away she'd shown me everyone else's room.?

My suit cAse was already in here so I didn't need to bring it with me Scarlett shows me the other things like my closet and bathroom and then she showed me the lakyroom and the back yard. " I don't expect you to remember all of it but I'm hoping you can help me with everything" and I smiled at her while I grabbed my case " it's my job" and she smiled " I can't wait for you to meet my kids tomorrow. Colin finest finish work im until like 2am so I'll make us dinner and we can get to know more baking each other?" and I nodded he seems really nice and I'm happy I'd have live dog have a mother figure like this. She seems to just love and care for them.

I've had it happen a lot but I really like this book and my writing here so I'll be very upset if I read something very similar😭
