With such intense cases revolving around Octavia's kidnapping and return, assistance from a higher division is called in- The FBI. A small team from Virginia is sent and arrives within hours. Surprised by their quick arrival Bellamy has a room set up for them to work soon after they arrive. The case of the kidnappings, though local, has grown outside of their district as they uncover more bodies by the hour. Several bodies have been identified already and connected to several of the other cases Bellamy and Miller were investigating themselves when Octavia first disappeared. However the more bodies they uncover and are identified the more they discover this very case goes beyond Arkadia Washington. The cases Bellamy and Miller researched of the other missing girls goes as far as three states over and exceeds over a dozen.

According to Octavia only one girl was with her- Clarke, but she doesn't have a last name to give. All the young Blake could give was a first name and a description detailed enough for a sketch artist to make out her face as well as their kidnappers. Though the sketches were accurate, it still wasn't enough to go on. Without full names they were picking through needles in a stack of needles.

Clarke was not a very common name for a girl but there have been hundreds of cases with such a girl gone missing. And given Arkadia's limited amount of technological resources, they needed to call in the big guns from VA. Miller was displeased with the idea entirely, even if it was his own. The Feds were never useful in any domestic cases that weren't their own, but Bellamy knew he had to make the call. Their local PD couldn't make certain calls and moves as efficiently or as quickly as the FBI. As refutable as it was, they needed them. If what Bellamy's sister told them was correct then they were dealing with more than just Clarke's disappearance, but dozens of murders as well.

The lead on the FBI's team is Special Agent Marcus Kane. His team consists of four people and an additional woman who has no professional reason for coming along, but rather a personal one. A reason that Bellamy doesn't question seeing as they were running out of time as is trying to locate Clarke.

Kane informs Bellamy of what they have so far and the similar cases that they've discovered over several states while the woman walked around the room and towards the evidence board. She gasps softly at the sketch of Clarke and gently pulls the pin from the board softly to hold the image in her hands, her thin fingers brush over the charcoal that made the shape of her face. Every detail is so different yet so similar.

"Marcus." She croaks quietly as silent tears fall down her cheek. "It's her. Marcus its' her."

The conversation between Bellamy and Kane falls quickly as the woman speaks. Both men turn in the woman's direction and look as she holds she sketch close to her chest, her tears dripping down. Confused, Bellamy glances in Kane's direction. Not only is this woman, who isn't a professional addition to the team, addressing Kane by his first name, but she was also holding the sketch of their missing victim as tears steamed down her face. Clearly Bellamy was missing something.

"Detective Blake this is Abigail Griffin. Her daughter Clarke went missing eight years ago. Unfortunately her case went cold months after she was taken."

Shocked Bellamy looks at the woman and then down to the very sketch she held in her arms. It wasn't surprising for her to still want her daughter found, not in the least. But it was unorthodox for her to be in Washington with the FBI as they investigated her daughters disappearance. Normally family members await news and updates from their homes as they go about their daily lives, especially with so much time having passed since her daughters kidnapped. But Bellamy has no room to say as such when he allowed his sister, one of the victims, to enter the very crime scene she not only was a part of, but escaped. Even if it was secured first, it was still a risk.

"Hey! Put that back." Bellamy turns and moves swiftly to keep his sister from running up on the older woman who was gently holding Clarke's sketch. Quickly he steps in front of his sister's path and tries to calm her down, but this was Octavia Blake. She doesn't calm down until she wants to.
