CHAPTER 7: Break up
"So, your mom's okay, but your dad?" mark asked and throws the can of beer to jeno
"He's persistent" jeno replied
"Not good" doyoung said
"Why don't you talk to your dad again?" jaemin asked
"No, He really wanted this marriage" jeno said
"What would you do then? If this doesn't work out? What about Jase?" doyoung
"I'm gonna talk to her later" jeno said and drinks the can of beer
"You know that whatever happens. Just call us okay? We'll be there fo you" mark said
After a couple of drinks jeno went to his apartment to meet Jase. He isn't drunk at all.
"Jeno? What happened to you?" Jase asked as soon as he arrived
"Drank with my friends" jeno said
"Jeno" Jase softly said and hugs him "Your mom and dad visits me yesterday" jeno's eyes widened and cups Jase face.
"What did they tell you? Did they hurt you?" Jase chuckled and wraps her arms around jeno's nape
"No, but they told me that you already have a fiance. Maybe if I replied to you a little early this wouldn't happened right?" Jase said and smiled bitterly
"It's okay Jase. I would do anything for you." jeno said and kisses her forehead
"I don't want you to that. Your father offers me a lof of things that will really help my family. Jeno- I- i love you but this- i really need this" jase said.
Jeno sighed at hugs her
"You are so precious to me but how could you do this? I really love you Jase. I can't marry anyone. I wanted to marry you." jase pushes him slightly
"Jeno- please. I'm sorry for being selfish but please- Let's break up?" jeno's eyes started to feel watery. He walks out and slams the door loudly.
He let out his frustration by drinking on Mark's bar.
