I woke up to Max and Dustin in my room. Dude what the fuck are y'all doing in here, saying as i get out of bed. "We need you help finding Eddie," Max says while sitting on my bed. I remembered what happened yesterday. "Well can I get dressed first?" They left my room and I got dressed then headed downstairs. "We need you to drive us to Steve's job," Dustin says, getting out of his chair and heading to the door. I grabbed my keys and headed to the car.

We arrived at Family Video where Steve and Robin work. Right when we walked in, Dustin asked how many phones they had. Dustin then hops over the counter knocking everything down and starts looking up Eddie's friends phone numbers. I roll my eyes when Steve starts to get jealous over Eddie again. "Seriously, you guys, maybe on a Monday you can play around in here like toddlers, but it's Saturday. It's our busiest day." Robin says, picking up the stuff up off the floor. Dustin tell Max to fill them in but hesitates for a second.

Max, Dustin and Robin are on the phones asking about Eddie, while Steve is still working. I start thinking about Eddie, wondering if he's safe. I look over at Steve flirting with a girl, when she mentions her boyfriend. I chuckle and Steve gives me a quick glare. "See you later alligator?" I say walking over to Steve. He rolls his eyes at me, shut up.

Max then starts saying she may have a lead, "Apparently, Eddie gets drugs from some guy named Reefer Rick, and sometimes Eddie crashes there." Robin asks where he lives but Max said no one knows. He's more of a...a legend than someone that people actually know, Max continued. Steve starts to say that we should fill the cops in but Dustin and Steve end up arguing.

While they argued I thought of something and walked to the computer. What are you doing? Max asked. "Maybe we don't need a last name. Twelve Ricks already have accounts here. I just gotta borrow it down." On the fifth Rick, Rick Lipton. "2121 Holland Road." We all leave and Max tells me that i'm a genius.

By the time we arrive to the address, it's already dark. Dustin rings the doorbell multiple times but no answer. Me, Max and Robin look through the windows while Dustin keeps yelling and ringing the doorbell. Hey guys, Max says looking towards the lake, we walk over to her and see a shed.

"Steve what the hell?" I say looking at Steve with an oar in his hands. He might be in here, he says still hitting the tarp. And of course Steve and Dusting start arguing like an old married couple again.

Looks like someone's been her. There was yelling behind us and as I turned around i saw Eddie with a broken bottle up to Steve's neck. "Eddie! Eddie, it me, Y/n," I say to him as he looks over to where i am. It's me and Dustin, this is Steve, my step brother. He's not going to hurt you. I say trying to get him to calm down.

Dustin tells Steve to drop the oar then tries to convince Eddie to let him go, he introduced Robin and Max. Then they start to swear on Dustin's mother that we're in his side.

Eddie let's go of Steve and I run up to him and hug him. I let go and smack him upside the head. "What the hell, you left me there and I had to talk to the cops while high outta my mind." Eddie hugs me again and whispers, I'm sorry sweetheart.

Eddie starts to slide down the wall and i sit next to him holding his hand. They start to ask what happened while Eddie had his head on my shoulder. I could tell he didn't want to relive that, so I told them everything that happened. "I'm sorry i left you there princess," Eddie says crying a bit on my shoulder.

"Is that why you were home late?" Steve asked me. I nodded.

"I'm sorry, I just didn't know what to do, so I... I ran away. I left her and Y/n there," Eddie says still holding my hand tightly.

Dustin starts to tell me and Eddie something, "You know how people say Hawkins is...cursed? They're not way off. There's another world. A world hidden beneath Hawkins. Sometimes it bleeds into ours." I look at Steve wondering why he never told me any of this. I look back at Dustin as he continued, "These monsters from this other world...we thought they were gone. But they've come back before. That's why we needed to find you." I would've been in complete disbelief but after what i saw, I believe them.
