I know I'm only going to a premier,but what if he's there? I thought intensely as I slipped on a black dress. Okay Meryl, pull it together,tonight is about Jane,and nobody else!

As I put on a candy apple red lipstick, I thought about his lips slightly caressing mine. Only a thought a giddy girl in love would have,but still a thought I haven't had in a long time! I grabbed my purse, and hurried out the door, a quick trip down the road was all it was to Jane's.

Oh! Great a red carpet! I said sarcastically,as I pulled up in my old beat up car. Most actresses showed up in a limo with their significant other, but somehow my car that I paid for was so much more worth it!

As I stepped out the madness began...

"Meryl,Meryl! Over here!!" A young paparazzi crew member, stood intensely snapping shots of me.

"Meryl, how is the new movie coming?"

"Ohhhh,fantastic!"I mumble, trying to find Jane.

Looking slightly to the right, I find her!

"Jane,Sweetie!I'm Here!!"

As she turned around I saw her linked to another mans arm, and she looked gorgeous. When she turned the man had turned with her. At that moment, I could have blacked out. It was him! My gorgeous hunk of human that I could not resist thinking about.

"Meryl!Oh my! you look astounding... Are you wearing red lipstick?"

"Yes! I am! I needed to spruce up a bit for tonight! So how is everyth-"

"Dear Lord, where are my manners? Meryl this is Don, my brother. Brought him as my plus one."

I giggled as I looked at him. He winked at me, and we meet eyes. I lightly shook his hand.

"Hi!..... I am Meryl.."

"Hi Meryl. Nice to meet you my name is Don. Well actually it's Donald, but i prefer Don."

"Well Donald.... nice to meet you. My real name is Mary, but I'm sure you remember..."

His face looking a little puzzled, then it eased, he remembered. His face lit up like a kid at a candy store.

"OH! Wow HI! You look AMAZING!" He has sounded as giddy as I did now.

Jane at this point was happy to see me interacting with a man, but was slightly confused.

"Meryl, Don, do you two know each other?"

"Well it is sort of a long stor-" Then he interrupted me with a reassuring tone.

"Yes! I know Meryl! We meet just a couple of nights ago. I found her lying on the beach, she was sleeping. So, I awoke her. "

"But after he put a kibosh on my nice relaxation on the sand, I never got his name."

My face would not let loose. I actually could not stop smiling. I was so overwhelmed that all this time it was Jane's brother. I was flabbergasted. I think Jane was happy, but not really for sure to be completely honest.

"Well Meryl, I am glad you know someone here! I think Tracey is here somewhere, but I have to go... This is my party after all! Don keep her in good company?!
Please?"

"No problem little sis!"

Then I knew this premiere, was about to be the best one I would ever attended!
