We sat lazily on the smooth grass in Liz's garden.we were both gazing at the full sky.The wind blew softly and the smell of dried air was very refreshing and it eased the worry I felt inside.
"If what Pam told you is true, that means.....well it means ....... urghh,this whole messed up story is so confusing".Liz said ,laying completely flat on the grass.
I sighed"There's only one way to find out. This is the beginning of my investigation".I picked up her phone and searched for Christopher's number,it has been a while since i spoke to my cousin.
"Yello,welcome to New worlds Citizens,how can I help you,what type of case do you want me to look into.And it better be attached to a solid amount" Chris said from the other end of the phone with a business-like tone.
"You still haven't changed ". I chuckled,there was a pause at the other end of the phone.
"Excuse me ,please who's speaking??"
"So you don't recognize my voice,maybe it's because we haven't talked or seen each other in like schway".
"What do you mean schway? ,only one person uses that word even though she doesn't know the meaning".
"Of course I know the meaning".
"Then can you humbly tell me what it means".
"Well ....um..it means .......I actually forgot so..I'll tell you if I remember".I stammered,I actually didn't know what it meant.
"Forget it. I actually knew you were the one speaking,do you think I'll asked a client for money when I don't even know what am dealing with".
"I know you won't, so how are you doing?".I asked beaming
"Great, I'm doing great , how are my angels?"
"They are good , they've been asking after you".
"They must've all grown up,How's Francisco?"
"Actually he is the reason I called". I immediately focused.
" Is there any problem??"
"Yep, there's a lot of problem and I need your help".
"What's going on??"
"It's a long story I can't tell you right now but you'll soon find out."
"So what do you want me to do".
"I want you to find out who Steve odije is,he actually lives in Nigeria and Gary Harwood ,he also lives in Nigeria ,so it should he quite easy for you,right??
"Ha ...,it will be easier if you give me more details"
" I was coming to that". Sally said .Steve is from Port Harcourt,he's actually English but resides in Nigeria,and Gary is from Edo State,Benin city and he is a doctor ,works at a government hospital".
