The continent of Farona is filled to the brim with many structures and creations of intelligent life. Creations staggering and ravishing. Legendary and extravagant to look at. From western to eastern cultures, differed significantly, but everywhere made feats of mankind. Proving that the advancement of technology, craftsmanship and building is improving faster than ever before.
One such divine masterpiece is the largest castle in all of Farona, dwarfing most other exquisitely rich strongholds of other kings. Impressively built and glorious for all to spectate, situated in East GaCotta, and sadly belongs to the master of iniquity, to the Dark Father. Officially named as Visique, cannot be described any other way except as transcendent.
Grandly made from white quartz, with splendid heights of 67 meters as its highest tower in the center block of the castle. 80 hectares in total area, and has in it a total of seven floors, two floors underground and the rest protruding upwards. Accommodates more than twenty thousand people, but only has a few workers and only has less than 100 residences inside.
Various rooms made, from the its largest library, called P'nea, laboratory rooms for alchemy, sciences and experiments, training facilities, armory, and the most important of a castle, a throne room. In addition, Visique also has thousands upon thousands of rooms for cells and cellars down underground, and has more than enough room for 1000 people to be tortured at the same time. This unnecessarily large complex has been the center of all creations, but is not credited as the feats of mankind, as it is a structure made by the devil. Nevertheless, it holds every largest, biggest, tallest and widest of all things made.
In this place, no one without permission is allowed to enter, but even if it is, no one dared to. As entering may result to one own's death with carelessness. Even just entering without any affiliation with the Dark Father is the epitome of carelessness itself.
But assuming you are in some way invited in the lair of the demon Lord, you need to first enter through inspections of the local guards in Visique's vicinity. They are one of many variations of the Dark Father's underlings called Guardians. They are protectors and preservers of the elaborate Visique castle. They number about twenty per-square kilometers.
After one successfully passes through the golden plated armored, horned mask guards, they are next directed to the reception hall.
There are two walls that surrounded the entire castle grounds, the first gate is where one was inspected, while the second layer is mostly the same but is a kilometer distance from the first wall to the second. After one enters the second layer, yet another five-minute walk is needed to finally reach the reception hall.
The reception room is just part of a larger, crystal shaped cluster of rooms that has a hollow inside, where it is called the "Gem Field." At the other end of this field surrounded by a five-floor building, is the throne room.
The castle layout is very complicated, with entrances and exits, and having the buildings mostly connected into a series of hallways. The castle itself sits atop a large hill, where it is purposely and strategically placed there for a slower advancement of enemy troops, if invasion do happen in the near future. In addition to that, within a kilometer from the outer wall are scouts who patiently sit and observes any incoming entities.
But beyond the castle, it is surrounded by a thriving community of Demonoids. Demonoids are that like of modern Demihumans and that they are civil and are intelligent; intelligent enough to build communities.
But Demonoids mostly, if not exactly looks like normal humans. Their sole and only differences are their strength and age. They age longer, and have more abilities to master than any other ordinary human. These Demonoids were once humans but was turned to be this way by Ophuthis during his invasion about 200 years ago.
