Won't Let You Go

Chapter 10

After we were done shopping and we had 5 bags full of clothes for Louis i led him back to the car and went to our second destination.

"So i need to pick something up here and then we can go. You can find some music and put it on." i quickly showed him how to do it and ran across the street.

I entered my favourite flowershop and started my search for the perfect bouquet for my baby.

I saw a bunch of them with all different kind of roses but it was still too simple, so, i decided to get him a bouquet of different kind of orange and red flowers mixed with green leaves and wrapped up in beige paper for decoration. It also had a few candies attached to it and i thought it would be perfect.

I rushed out of the store after paying and almost jumped in the seat, pushing the flowers in Louis' hands even scaring him a bit.

"For me?" he shakily asked and i nodded with a big smile but it disappeared when i noticed tears in his eyes.

"Thank you so much, it's so pretty." i hugged him and kissed his head.

"It's okay Lou, there will be much more of these for as long as you want to put up with me." he laughed and i pulled away.

"Now i have another surprise we'll be there in a few minutes." he nodded and curled up in his seat.

I couldn't wait for my boy to see all the places i love. Wait, he's not my boy yet, is it too early to ask him to be my boyfriend?

Before i wanted it we were at the next place we're visiting.

"Lou get out, we're here." i slowly shook him awake and he looked at me and then outside. His smile became wider when he saw where we are.

I got out of the car and went around to open the door for him and help him out.

"Take your shoes off, trust me." i also took mine off and we left them in the car. I led him to the soft sand and he gigled while making small steps, still holding my hand.

"You're the best." he said and i smiled as we got closer to the water.

The beach was empty, most of the people enjoying their day with their families in the park so that's why i took Louis here.

We stood by the water, waves just barely reaching our feet when i pulled him further and picked him up. We were now in the deeper waters with small fishes swimming around us. He laughed untill i threw him up makimg him fall back in the water, both of us still being in our clothes.

I was laughing when i felt a small hand grabbing my arm, pulling weakly. I quickly pulled him out as he started coughing.

"I'm sorry, i'm sorry, i thought you can reach the ground." i held him to myself feeling awful for doing this.

After he calmed down i got us back so the water is just to his shoulders.

"It's okay i know you didn't mean it." i shook my head and kissed his head.

"It's not, i should've been thinking, i'll never do it again i promise." i said when i noticed some interesting fishes around us showing them to Louis.

"Ow, they bit my finger." he said and i laughed.

"Come on i have one more place to show you here but we need to swim there, i guess you don't know how to swim?" i asked and he looked down and shook his head.

"It's okay i'll teach you sometimes, just hold onto me now okay?" i told him and he nodded while wrapping his arms around me.

I swam around some rocks before we entered a cave-like part of the beach that was separated from the rest of it.
